Hi there! Evelynn is my main jungle, so I can give you a few tips. item 1402 works so well with her. As for the AP/AD question, you can go either way. AP gives you more burst, and I build her almost full AP and it's good, but AD is used for sustain. Either one works really. A good, full build on her would be something like: item 1402 item 3116 item 3117 item 3742 item 3089 item 3151 or something along those lines. Note: Don't buy mana regen on her; she rapidly regenerates mana while stealthed.

Use summoner 4 and summoner 11, although occasionally I'll use summoner 12 and summoner 11. Use her passive to your advantage. Coordinate ganks with the rest of your team, and bringing her in as a secret weapon from the back lines of a teamfight can turn the tide of a teamfight. Destroy ward whenever you can, and remember that she can be very squishy if not many defense items are built on her.

You can use Thunderlord's or Deathfire Grasp on her, either works, I use Deathfire so I can have some sustain, since I go all AP. Once again, personal preference. CDR runes are pretty helpful with her; her ult is essential in teamfights, and it has a long cooldown.

Evelynn is good at escaping; her W allows her to run away, and if they can't catch you in the next five seconds, you become invisible. Her Q is good for kiting, and priorities when it comes to maxing stuff out should go R>Q>E>W.

Overall, Evelynn is a difficult champion to play [only her, Yasuo, Anivia, Rumble, and Cassiopeia have a 10/10 difficulty rating]. She just takes time getting used to; and if you decide she's too difficult, don't play her! There are plenty of other more viable junglers out there, and some use stealth too (i.e. Rengar).

Hope it helped!

Eve has been repeatedly nerfed and then nerfed again, even while she was already underperforming. Her viability as a jungler right now just doesn't exist. Yet people are picking her because of the delusion they've taken away from URF.

Why did Eve work in URF? She was unaffected by the SEVERE mana nerfs she's received. She had 80% CDR making a 0.3 second spell that literally everyone and their mother macro'd. The latter of which helps abuse Echo's artificial damage charged by every spell cast.

When it comes to REAL Rift, she runs out of mana and lacks the damage output for reliable jungling. Her AP ratios have been gutted, but her AD ratios are still mediocre, which combos well with the AS she gains from E. Unfortunately, with the artificial numbers of Runeglaive and now Runic Echoes, many people have deluded themselves into the misconception that she works as an AP champ. Her best item build is AD Bruiser, it has the best late-game scaling and gives her the durability to engage and tank for her teammates.

Not that a competent enemy team will let you reach late game. You're better off learning a different jungler until Rito slips up again and forgets they hate Evelynn.

It's best to max out her Q first, then her E, and lastly her W. When jungling Evelynn, go for the blue buff first, but ask for a leash. Recall, then go for Wolves and Raptors, then head for the Gromp once you're level 3 or 4. Recall between jungling monsters. After that, go for red buff and the scuttlers if you feel like it. Make sure you notify your teammates when you're going to gank.

Remember, Evelynn's a master of stealth. Make sure you stay hidden with your passive and don't constantly die.

Great question! Evelynn is lots of fun. She is the definition of assassin, but that also means she has a fair amount of skill required. Her stealth is of course essential for catching targets out, but it is also very important to remember that being stealthed also grants her bonus mana regen. Having cut your teeth with her on URF I bet you weren't use to how quickly spamming her abilities is able to drain a good portion of her mana. She actually isn't the worst at this, but it is still important to back off and remain in stealth for a while to build your mana back up instead of going ham & cheese all the time. Still, it can be useful to build at least one mana item, especially if you are planning on building CDR. Any of the item 3057 items are always good options.

By far the most common option for Evelynn is AP. She has good scaling with AP on her Q and it is the easier ability to land when kiting or chasing enemies. The fact that it deals AOE damage makes it a good option for farming and jungle clears. Also applies a bit of bonus AD scaling, so keep that in mind. item 3116 is good on AP builds because it gives her good sustain and her Q applies spell effects, so it helps her with her chasing and kiting.

I really like her W because it gives her some of the best bursts of speed. Paired with boots and items that give bonus movement speed, she can be all over your enemies and it is very difficult for them to escape. item 3113 & item 3086 items typically work well because of the move speed, depending on which stat you are looking to max. And don't forget your item 3009, take Alacrity for AP and Furor for AD builds.

Her E does also scale a bit with AP, but is really a better focus for AD builds because of the attack speed steroid. I really like focusing on-hit effects with AD Evelynn because you can quickly burst enemies down. This is less common because it is really more of a challenge. You absolutely must be ON TOP of your enemy and stick to them, but you can absolutely shred their HP. item 3074 is great because it gives her an AOE on-hit cleave and an auto attack reset.

As for her Ultimate, .. I honestly don't rely on her ultimate as much as I do with other champions. It does %HP damage, so always good, and obviously scales with AP, which is most likely why AP is more common, but the slow and shield are definitely useful. Basically, use it whenever you can in order to further 'lock down' an enemy who isn't prepared to get their face scratched off. It can be useful when you are really wanting to dive into your enemy team and pick off their ADC. Try to land the AOE on as many enemies as possible because your shield's duration lasts for 6 seconds for every enemy hit, and you're going to need it in order to get in and get out before you get killed.

Remember, your stealth ONLY works when you are not revealed by true vision, (TOWERS) and when you are not too close to enemies. Look out for the vision warnings that will appear above your head.

Here is my general set-up.

Skill Order: QEQWQR, R>Q>E>W Runes: Flat AP Quints and Glyphs, Armor Seals, Attack Damage Marks Masteries: Largely personal preference. [Thunderlord's Decree, Fervor of Battle or Strength of the Ages] Summoner Spells: Smite/Ignite Starting items: Hunter's Talisman, Refillable Potion First back: Skirmisher's Sabre, Hunter's Potion

Evelynn can be built as AD, AP or a mixture. Choices are largely situational or personal preference since she can be played many different ways.

Personally, I enjoy playing her as an AD Bruiser. My item build will typically look something like the following: item 3047 item 3111 item 1412 item 3025 item 3156 item 3742 item 3102

Or when snowballing: item 3047 item 3111 item 1412 item 3078 item 3742 item 3102 item 3026

I enjoy the durability and sustained damage which come with the build. It lets me duel against many champions (with Ignite and Skirmisher's Sabre closing the gap against duelists), dive into fights (resistances + ultimate shield) and burst down squishy targets.

AP Evelynn is a different matter, with her core items being the following: item 3020 item 1402 item 3116

AP Evelynn focuses more on burst damage and kiting opponents with her Q. I'm personally not a fan of the build, but it is probably the more efficient route (otherwise most people probably wouldn't be using it).

However, keep in mind that you scale with both stats no matter how you build. While you generally want to stick to one to maximize efficiency or stack the effects, don't be afraid to pick up specific items if you need them.

Even if you are building AD Evelynn, it isn't a horrible idea to purchase Liandry's Torment against tanks or Zhonya's Hourglass against burst damage.

Best of luck. Riot hasn't been able to figure out what they want to do with her either. Up side, you have a lot of options. Down side... she's not really great at any of them.

Eve can go AP burst.. AP bruiser, AD bruiser, or even hybrid or a splitpusher build. However you build her, the thing eve does is gank! As early as she can, as often as she can. Since her first clear is crap it can be rough... but eve only really works out well if she can snowball off an early lead OR the enemy team has squishies on it that are dumb enough to wander around alone often. She can be an assassin, an initiator, a bruiser/anti-carry, a tank or a splitpusher. Build what your team needs, but realize that she's pretty weak right now and you're kinda at a disadvantage no matter what.

if i were you, ganking is more important than farming jg

i would gank as much as possible and farm like barely

then u would help ur team

eve isnt rlly a carry jg and i have rarely seen her played but she iss good at ganking and u can do that from level 2

i would personally right after your laners hit level two, go in.

just camp one lane and get them fed and you probs win the game
