Shen W bug.

Shen's W-Spirit's Refuge has been bugged multiple times now for me and my friends, where it will not block jungle creeps, empowered auto attacks from yi's E-wuju style, fizz's W-seastone trident, and Olaf's W-Vicious Strikes. More instances of this would include the magic damage from Thresh's E-Flay passive, am i missing something?
