PENGUIN AZIR

Azir obviously needs a penguin skin and here's why: He must be a giant emperor penguin (HE NEEDS THE YELLOW CROWN) with an ice staff and armor. PASSIVE: Summons a sentry tower with a penguin in it with a fish-shooting cannon. W: Summons a penguin soldier holding a smaller staff. Q: All soldiers summoned belly slide to the location and if they hit something they honk. E: Azir belly slides to the soldier R: A row of armored penguins riding narwhals charge into battle and loudly honk. When they knock someone back the target has fish slime on them. AA: Leaves a snowy effect on the target. All Azir's quotes are replaced with Pingu noises On death he does the Pingu scream Recall makes him sit by a puddle and have a fishing rod with a worm at the end I suck at art so no drawing :(
