Yorick Rework Ideas
So I randomly got into thinking of a Yorick rework and here's what I came to. Any constructive criticism and ideas are welcome.
Yorick, The Necromancer
Passive – The Grave Digger/Wrath of the Undead
Every 20 seconds, Yorick digs up a grave summoning a red/blue/green ghoul (in respective order). Ghouls can be controlled with alt+right click. All ghouls are present with 40% of Yorick’s total resistances. Red ghoul emits an unholy aura, which slows all enemy champions within a 100 unit radius by 20% and makes all neutral monsters and enemy minions focus this ghost. It possesses 150/200/250/300/350/400/500 health and 30% of Yorick‘s total AD. Blue ghoul has increased movement and attack speed, it possesses 50/75/100/125/150/200/250 health and 70% of Yorick‘s total AD. This ghoul’s attacks cause the target enemy to bleed for 3/5/7/9/11/13/15 true damage per second for 5 seconds. Green ghoul has the ability to heal Yorick. Its attacks apply „Grievous wounds“ on enemy champions for 2 seconds and restore 1% of Yorick’s max health. Passively, this ghoul restores 3% of Yorick’s missing health every 3 seconds. It possesses 50/100/150/200/250/300/350 health and 10% of Yorick‘s total AD. If all 3 ghouls are present at the same time for 2 cycles of the passive timer, they will be combined and form a Black ghoul, which will possess all of the 3 ghoul’s special abilities, and its every 5th basic attack will fear the target for 1,5 seconds. The Black ghoul has 250/400/650/900/1050/1300/1500 health and possesses 75% of Yorick’s total AD.
Q – Protective curse
Cost 15/20/25/30/35 mana | 15 second cooldown on all levels
Yorick places a curse on an ally champion (including himself) to protect them from harm. This curse reduces the damage dealt to the target by enemy champions by 15/20/25/30/35% (does not affect true damage) and reduces the duration of crowd control on the target by 50% for 3 seconds. Neutral monster damage and minion damage reduction is 80% at all levels. This curse also causes the Red ghoul to be summoned. If already present, this curse causes the Red ghoul to enrage, increasing its movespeed, attack power, slow rate and slow radius by 50% for 3 seconds.
W – Malicious curse
Cost 20/30/40/50/60 mana | 12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown
Yorick throws a cursing spell in a cone in front of himself, affecting all enemy units hit, dealing 80/100/120/140/160 (+50% of his bonus AD) (+ 15% of his total AP) as physical damage, slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds and leaving the affected targets sensitive, which will cause the targets to take 3/6/9/12/15% increased damage from all sources for 5 seconds. This curse also causes the Blue ghoul to be summoned. If already present, this curse causes the Blue ghoul to enrage, increasing its attack speed, movement speed, attack power and bleed damage by 30% for 3 seconds.
E – Petrifying curse
Cost 70 mana at all levels | 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown
Yorick tosses a cursing spell in a narrow line, affecting all enemy units hit, dealing 50/75/90/105/130 (+70% of Yorick’s total AP) (+25% of Yorick’s bonus AD) magic damage and stunning the first 2 targets struck. The first target gets stunned for 1,5 seconds, the second target for 2 seconds. This curse also causes the Green ghoul to be summoned. If already present, it causes the Green ghoul to enrage, increasing its attackspeed, movement speed, attack power, healing rate and healing speed by 100% for 3 seconds.
R – Dig Your Own Grave/Curse of Death
Cost 100 mana on all levels | 120/100/80 second cooldown
Yorick places a curse upon himself for 4/5/6 seconds. If Yorick dies during this curse, 40/50/60% of the damage dealt to Yorick will be dealt to his killer as respective types of the damage that has been dealt to him (basically recording all dmg magic/physical/true he receives – not taking resistances into account - and returning it in respective types). If this return damage kills the target, Yorick takes the form of the attacker’s ghost for 6/9/12 seconds. The attacker’s ghost stats will possess 60/70/80% of the attacker’s stats, adding 40/50/60% of Yorick’s stats to those. Yorick in this form will have access to the ghost’s abilities, excluding the ultimate. If Yorick does not die during the curse, he will deal 10/20/30% of the damage that has been dealt to Yorick while the curse was active to the attacker that had dealt the most damage to Yorick, in the form of physical damage (+20/35/50% of Yorick’s bonus AD). However, if this damage would be enough to kill the enemy, it summons a Black ghoul instead. If already present, this will cause the Black ghoul to enrage, increasing all its properties by 20% for 3 seconds.
