New Permanent Game Mode

make an additional game mode where its a summoners rift map, or a map similar, except the damages and other stuff is reduced/nerfed so that gameplay in the mode is like season 3 or 4 of LoL.

basically a game mode bringing back season 3 style gameplay, because season 3 was alot more fun to play and felt alot more forgiving and accessible to a wider range of players.

maybe the map itself doesnt have to be exactly like summoners rift, maybe it can have 4 lanes instead of 3, i dun know about that part, but the season 3 style is the important thing.
