League on Consoles (Xbox One and PS4)

Is there any chance to get league on consoles? Smite was able to do it and it turned out pretty well. I know that people will be like "It's not possible you would have to be proactively clicking and that would be hard to do on consoles.." All it could be changed to using the left joystick to path around and the right joystick to aim abilities, and the four buttons would be the four abilities. I see the only problem would be coding ranged autos because they aren't like in Smite. Take a look at boxbox, he was able to play league with a controller, but yeah, he's good at the game and all, but playing with a controller is a whole different experience no matter how good or bad you are on PC.
