Champion concept I made while at work: Shuriman assassin

P- Alik’r marks the first champion that he attacks. Stacks can only be applied to one champion, if Alik’r attacks a new champion, all stacks from previous target are removed. After taking 5 sources of damage from Alik’r, the target receives 40% reduced healing and take 10% increased damage from Alik’r for 5 seconds. After the 5 seconds all stacks are removed. After not applying a stack to an enemy champion for 8 seconds, all stacks will be removed
Q- dashes forward and slashes all enemies in front of him in a cone Cast time: 1.5 seconds CD: (12/10/8/6/4) Dash Damage: (10/20/30/40/50 + 20% bonus ad) Slash Damage: (50/65/80/95/110 + 60% bonus AD) Both dash and slash apply stack of P.
W- throws 2 throwing knives in an arc (similar to diana). Enemies hit by them are slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. Enemy will only take 125% damage if hit by both. Applies 1 stack of P per knife hit.
CD: (16/15/14/13/12) Damage: (100/150/200/250/300 + 75% bonus AD)
E- Alik’r stabs an enemy with both knives dealing 150% basic attack damage and applying on-hit effects. Applies 2 stacks of P. (Is an auto attack reset)
R- deals damage to a single target at short range. Remove all passive stacks and deal bonus damage based on the number of stacks. If the enemy is killed, summon a small dust storm that deals damage and camouflages Alik’r for 4 seconds.
CD: (180/120/60) Mark bonus: (25%/50/75/100/125) Dust storm damage: (10/15/20/25/30 + 100% bonus AP)
An assassin that I think would have a much higher skill floor than most, if not all other assassins in the game besides Qiyana. Let me know what you think!
