Project question

because none humans get battlecast (excluding urgot, but than again old urgot was a zombie cyborg so can you really call that human), abnormal humans(human like) get program, and project is for full humans (not counting leona being an aspect as anything special since this timeline is diferrent and we dont know if she became an aspect in it).
