Power in the Suit

Can Kai'sa turn biological creatures or humanoid beings into voidspawn? I noticed that when the frog (during the joke emote) got in contact with the suit, it became void afflicted. I am wondering if she has the power to turn people/creatures into voidspawn/void afflicted creatures?
