A Fiora Rework Idea

I am posting this just for the fun of it :) Fiora

QUIRKS: -NO CC (her core identity) -still weak against cc -Squishy, no early sustain -She will use her passive to farm early game, the range will replace the need for that original underwhelming sustain passive -Hypermobile, moderate mobility from all 5 abilities -Very low base attack-speed among the melees -True damage scales off level, powerful early game and falls off later -relevant damage wise throughout the game -Need to predict and react very fast to her enemies. -Should be as least just as difficult as Yasou -Should outclass all other melee adcs in damage; but punished more severely when she makes a mistake at all stages in the game -WAY MORE evasive and surgical, instead of out smacking a Trydamere with a rapier.

Passive: Duelist (innate): Fiora cannot be affected by cd reduction normally. But for every 1% cd reduction; she gains 1 ad, 0.5% increased healing from all source, 0.5 armor penetration. Lunge (active): Range: 500. Static CD: 12. Fiora’s next autoattack will cause her to lunge towards to target if it is out of her basic attack range. If Fiora kills the target with the lunging attack, the cd is reduced to 1.5 seconds. -Lunge act as a regular attack against enemy champions. It applies no spell effects. It can critical strike as normal and apply other on-hit, on-attack effects. -Lunge can only be used on enemy or neutral units, it doesn’t allow Fiora to dash to friendly champion.

  • Fiora’s lunge cd can only be reduced by killing an enemy unit. It can only be reduced.

Q: Targeting Strike/ Godspeed strike cd: 9/8/7/6/5

Targeting Strike: Range: 125-600 First cast, Fiora charges her stance and increases the range of her next strike for up to 3 seconds. Second cast, Fiora dashes toward her target and marks it with a Silver Mark, dealing flat true damage based on her level.

Fiora's next 5 auto-attacks to the marked target will become Godspeed Strikes. Godspeed strike are 5 modified basic attacks. Granting her 100/120/140/160/180% Att sp and double the critical chance for 5 autoattacks. Each strikes deal (70/80/90/100/110)% of total AD +true damage base on her level. Critical striking will cause Fiora to reposition (blink) randomly around her target.

This ability must be performed in swift succession or it will end prematurely (maximun of 1.2 seconds between each strike), the Silver Mark expires in 1.2 seconds.

-AD portion of Godspeed strikes can crit and apply on-hit, life steal as normal. The true damage portion is considered as on-hit effects. -Fiora can lunge(passive) during Godspeed strikes -activating riposte will interrupt Targeting/Godspeed Strike

  • If she crits all her Godspeed strikes, it should look like a mini Blade Walts with no untargetability.

W:

Riposte cd:6 self-targeted

Passive: dealing true damage will increase Fiora's movement speed by 15/20/25/30/35 for 2 seconds. Does not stack, but it refreshes. Active: Fiora roots herself for 1.2 seconds, stop/cancel whatever she is doing and removes any self-buffs she has. During this time Fiora will reactive to on-hit effects and single-targeted projectiles. If the attacking enemy is within 600 range, Fiora will blink behind the attacker upon parrying the attack and deals (50/60/70/85/100 true damage + 100% Fiora's bonus ad+ 10/20/30/40/50% of the parried damage as true damage) If the attacker is outside of 600 range, Fiora will be knocked back by 300 units but takes no damage from the parried attack

-Does not interact with aoes targected spells unless it applies on-hit, Yasou Q -Does not interact with it doesn't have projectiles or do no damage, wither and rune prison -It will parry one tick of damage, even true damage (Darius' ulti) -For tenders, it will react to the first tick of the damage but will not break the tender.

E:

Disengage/ Passe (these are actual fencing terms) Range:250, cd: 3 seconds, Maximum stacks: 3, recharge time: 30 seconds Disenage: Fiora twirls. Become untargetable and dash towards a nearby location over 1 second Passe (self-cast): Becomes untargetable for 1.2 seconds but stay in the same place. Dealing true damage to enemy champions or pet will reduce the recharge time by 1.5 seconds. Assists reduce the recharge time by 15 seconds. Kills grants a stack.

-Think Fizz's E and Yi's Q. -pass through terrains.

R: Grace/Grand

Passive (Grace): grants a stack of grace upon dealing auto-attacking (on-hit) to an enemy champion. Dealing physical damage to monsters or minions will refresh the expiry timer. Each stacks of Grace grants Fiora 5/6/7% att spd and stack up on 20/20/20 times. The stacks expire altogether in 10 seconds if not refreshed

Active (Grand): range: 200, duration: 6 seconds+, cd: 100/80/60 Fiora temporarily lost her ability to attack normally and use Q for 6 seconds, instead Fiora can performs a furry of enhanced strikes at lighting speed. The highest number of strikes possible is positively correlated to her bonus attack speed. The duration is increased by 4 seconds for each assists and kills. Each strikes deal ( physical damage=10+(50/60/70)% of her total AD + True damage=10+10% of her total AD). Grace will not stack or expire during Grand active.

-Fiora can cancel the active by pressing R again or W. -The Strikes from Grand active interact with Riposte movement speed passive -The Strikes from Grand active will decrease E cd -Fiora cannot cast Q, but can cast W and E as normal. -Casting W Riposte will end the active prematurely -Apply spell effects, not on-hit -Can critical strike in 60% effectiveness. -Fiora can perform lunge with a strike during the Grand active

Early game: -If she uses Lunge to farm minions, she will farm in a pattern similar to an Irelia spamming Q. Granting her some safety. -Highly dependent on evasive ability, unable to sustain harassment -A ultra bad jungler -She can spam W before 6.

  • Can win almost all match up when played perfectly, but can get wrecked in any match-up as well.
  • Weak against durable and dedicated aoe maulers, or ones specialize in tender abilities: rumble, riven, swain, fiddlesticks Karma....

Mid game/ Late game: -beat anyone solo, but gets really difficult in team-fights -Die instantly if she can't evade burst and cc -Team fight counters are those with targeted cc
