Ursilon is a large, molten metal golem with a mighty large hammer. Hailing from the deepest caverns of the Magma Chamber, he strokes the ever burning forge at the center of the chamber, constructing creations of war-ending weaponry.

Base Stats--------------------------------------Growth per/level-------------------------------Stats @ 18 Health: 620--------------------------------------------------(+86.5-----------------------------------------2090 Mana: 415--------------------------------------------------------(+58------------------------------------------1401 AD: 52--------------------------------------------------------------(+2.4-------------------------------------------92.8 AP: 0--------------------------------------------------------------------(+0-------------------------------------------------0 HP/5: 7.55----------------------------------------------------(+0.69-----------------------------------------19.28 MP/5: 5------------------------------------------------------------(+0.8-------------------------------------------18.6 Range: 0 (Melee)----------------------------------------------(+0--------------------------------------------450 AS: 0.585---------------------------------------------------------(+2%----------------------------------------0.838 Armor: 35.21---------------------------------------------------(+3.5--------------------------------------105.33 Magic Resist: 32--------------------------------------------(+3.4------------------------------------------89.8 Movement Speed: 335------------------------------------(+0-------------------------------------------335

#Passive: Molten Mail AOE Radius (Molten Metal Spawn Range): 450 units AOE Radius (Molten Metal Hit Range): 75 units

Whenever Ursilon takes damage, Ursilon sheds off a splash of searing hot metal in a target nearby area. If an enemy walks into the metal, they take 15 (+2 per level) (+25% AP) magic damage. After 3 seconds, the metal cools, turning into a piece of armor, which Ursilon can pick up to permanently give himself 0.1 armor.

#Q: Meteorite Blast Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana Cooldown: 13 seconds Casting Range: 650 units AOE Radius: 250 units Skillshot Range: 600 units Skillshot Width: 125 units

Ursilon calls down a meteorite in a target area, striking after a 1.5 second delay, dealing 75/85/95/105/115 (+50% AD) physical damage to enemies struck in the area. The meteorite remains for 6 seconds, acting as impassible terrain. Ursilon can reactivate this ability while next to the meteorite at the cost of 20/25/30/35/40 Mana to send it flying as a skillshot. If it hits an enemy, it crumbles, dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+60% AD) physical damage. If it does not hit an enemy, it stops at the end of the range or until it hits impassible terrain, allowing Ursilon to reactivate the ability again to launch it, if it still has time left.

If an enemy is hit by both the fall of the meteorite as well as the meteorite being struck at them, they are stunned for 1 second.

=========================================================== #OUTDATED LINE Content past this line is still in need of an update.

W: Searing Forge Cost: 90/95/100/105/110 Mana

Ursilon slams his hammer on the ground, summoning a forge at the target location which has 5 itpoints.

Ursilon may autoattack the forge, decreasing his attack speed by 50% while attacking it. Whenever the forge is struck, it gives +5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% attack speed and +2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5 armor to all nearby allied champions for 6 seconds. This effect can stack 10 times.

E: Mountainous Divide

Ursilon stomps on the ground to summon a large rock wall for seconds. While it is up, it counts as impassable terrain, and can be autoattacked to push it forward. Any enemies that get hit by the wall when it is pushed forward are knocked back, and take physical damage. They take increased physical damage and are stunned for 1 second if they hit terrain when knocked back.

R: Foundry Vindicator

Ursilon channels for 0.5 seconds, then lunges into the air and lands in a nearby area, slamming his hammer into the ground, knocking up enemies close to the impact and knocking them back, dealing a large portion of physical damage. The impact sends a shockwave that travels globally in a circular fashion that fears enemies for 1 second. Enemies can flash/teleport/do some ninja backflip jams to avoid the shockwave, however.

I love the concept and could see myself having a lot of fun with this champion however I do have a few points of critique.

His W, Spark Forge lasts way too long and has way too much potential to dominate a team fight with that ability alone. Honestly what I might have done with it is make it deal AoE damage in a given radius that also slows enemies around it while providing a shield to allies within the radius. I also would have made it a non-targetable piece of terrain that lasts for no more than maybe 8 seconds. This makes it still very useful and invaluable in a team fight without making it game-breaking. It also would provide zoning potential to his kit.

His E, Mountainous Divide should probably be a skill shot rather than terrain that moves on AA.

Finally his R, Foundry Vindicator is one that I really really like and seems fairly balanced in all honesty considering that it can't be dodged without some form of mobility to jump over the Shock-wave (I'm assuming anyway). My only issue with it is that it Taunts when I think a fear would make significantly more sense considering it's a massive shock-wave. I mean, were it me I'd be pretty panicked if someone just single-handedly created a shock-wave. lol

All things considered though, I really really like him. He's very unique without pushing the envelope too far like one of my concepts (Tanuki: The Trickster Illusionist) does. I honestly hope Riot likes this as much as I do and makes it real. lol Good job.

Aight here goes.

Passive: OP as shit. Basically if he gets into extended trades, he'll be damn near impossible to kill if he builds lifesteal, spellvamp, and health. Like the concept though, I'd say give it a cap and tie it to his damage, not the enemy's.

Q: Really freaking cool. I like this idea of a launch-able Trundle pillar. Keep it one source of damage though.

W: Wow, I don't really know where to begin with this one. It's hidden power to the maximum, and takes too many hits to destroy. No crit chance on abilities, the fact that Zeke's harbinger exits doesn't help.

E: Right now it seems to me like this guy just doesn't have a clear identity. First off, a castable wall is really freaking powerful. There's a reason why J4 has it tied to his ultimate, and Anivia's doesn't do damage. Secondly, it should not be moveable, because you can easily pin champions into a corner where they can't get out (Azir).

R: K, I like this idea of a radiating tremor global ultimate, but with an Aatrox Q that does hybird damage? Eh...

OP, you've got some good ideas, but they do not belong in the same kit on the same champion. I'd say keep the Q, rework his ultimate (keep the circular traveling global ultimate) and scrap the rest. I think turning this guy into a tanky mage like Cho'Gath or Galio would work well, and we're definitely short on those types of champs. You've got some good ideas, but somewhere, CertainlyT has a throbbing erection right now.

Short summary of initial opinions:

The passive is awkward territory. And perhaps a little bit undertuned. Assuming Ursilon has, say, 5k hit points, the most armour/mr he can get out of 10 sequential hits (not accounting for hp regen) is about 50. He doesn't have inherent sustain and seems generally offense-based.

His Q is interesting, and I like it in theory.

His W lasts for ages and provides disgusting buff numbers. Must also be balanced between being set too close to enemies, that they might destroy it - and too far from enemies, that they might not be in range for allies to make use of the forge effects.

His E is also interesting. If each attack only pushes the wall a small distance, this ability could be used as an offensive barrier - a way to push up the line. If you were REALLY ambitious, you could consider giving it a HP value and the ability to block projectiles. This could potentially be a nice alternative to more cc, as 3 of his 4 abilities are CC at the moment.

His R is pretty cool. Like a Malphite ult. The taunt might be overkill. :P

Thoughts and pitches:

Molten Mail: When I read the name for this ability, I think "Lava flying all over the place in the heat of combat!". It's your concept, of course, but what if - what if... Ursilon passively stacked up armour as the game progressed? When hit, a stack of this armour would fly off him (think Zac's blob animations) and hurt enemies should they step on it. This could both maintain Ursilon's passive's function as an armour generator, but also give it some fun visual functions in of its potential to damage enemies while Ursilon is tanking for his team!

Spark Forge: When I see a forge-handling golem, I hardly expect others to be sitting at the forge and working away at it for him. What if the spark forge was only able to be interacted with by Ursilon? Wait - here me out!

Ursilon summons the forge up from the ground for, say, 30 seconds - the anvil in the centre functioning as impassable terrain. At a speed equal to his current attack speed, Ursilon may hammer at the forge, spreading buffs to himself and all allies in a moderate radius. Every time he hammers the forge, the buff stacks and the duration is refreshed. Imagine hearing the awesome sound of the anvil over and over (DING!....DING!.....DING!....DING!....DING!), knowing that the enemy is preparing to push the assault. Nightmare material!

Not only would this give the enemy a chance to react and destroy the anvil (or push you away from it), it would also give them a chance to prepare for that inevitable Q + E combo once Ursilon's attack speed and defensive stats have been suitably buffed.

Mountainous Divide: Already covered it. Lots of CC in this concept, but pushing the wall gradually up the field is very cool. Depends on what you wanna do with it.

Foundry Vindicator: It seems odd, giving Ursilon a bunch of impassible terrain abilities, then an ability to dash and knock people up so they can't escape said abilities. But I can't think of anything original that follows the same concept as you've already lain out. :P

Naturally, this is just a collection of thoughts and opinions. Use or ignore them as you entirely deem fit.

It feels like W - Spark Forge should be the ult, it appears that it could be a very power team fight winning ability and it seems to be his iconic ability to me.

The ult now is ok but except for the global circular shockwave it appears to be lackluster. Now stay with me now, I'm not trying to be mean: a global shockwave is OP, unlike a global skillshot which has to carefully timed and aimed to hit someone, and in the end can still be dodged, a global circular shockwave cannot a be dodged so its a sure hit ability which is a bit OP.

Overall tho I really like this champion, I like all the abilities overall, and I like the character that you have. I really want league to get a forge champ and this guy is looking gud!

I really like your idea with the Q as a moving Trundle pillar dealing damage, and I like the passive. Both seem super fun and have a lot of potential. The ultimate while good in it's global and radiating concept, would need to be changed. I also like the concept of the forge/buff that it gives. It's a great start for a tanky champion , and I really like it. My biggest peeve, however, is he comes across as a "Bard", in the sense that he has a stupid amount of utilities, but doesnt seem like he would do a whole lot of damage. I think if his E was replaced with somewhat of a mix between eve's hate spikes and malphite's rock shards, it would flow together much better.

A ton of impassible terrain and the like which means it requires the enemy to counter-play. One skill is ok (think Yasuo windwall) however Riot usually strays away from making any particular champion match-up require extensive knowledge. I'm sure it doesn't seem like much to deal with, but you are asking for criticism. Also, reminds me of the god Vulcan lol.

Very good concept, really enjoyed reading.

I'm going to definitely fine tune this guy this weekend so he's up to date, and give him stats and actual number measurements for his abilities and whatnot.]

Stay tuned!

My plan for this weekend is to touch up Nihl Tenebris, touch up Xaj'Ahr, renew Ursilon, make Rygoras' concept, then update Lyle.

Let's see how far I get.
