Passive [Supercharged] Moving around gives you a stack of supercharge for every [30] units moved up to [100] stacks. These stacks of supercharge reduce the amount of mana your next ability needs in order to cast.
Q [Lightning Cannon] | Cooldown [20/22/24/26/28] | Cost [60] After channeling for [.5] seconds shoot a powerful blast of lightning in a straight line (similar to lux ult). This blast deals [25/50/75/100/125]+[35]% AP damage. Magnetized enemies have [5/5/10/10/15]% of their MR ignored.
W [Magnetic Blast] | Cooldown [35/35/35/35/35] | Cost [60] Send out a wave of magnetic energy in a skillshot. If hit for [6,8,10] seconds enemies will become magnetized slowing them by [50]% when near walls or structures.
E [Shocking Orb] | Cooldown [15/16/17/18/19] | Cost [80] Shoot an orb of electricity (similarly to veigar E) that explodes dealing [70/80/90/100/110]+[25]% AP damage. The orb’s explosion radius increases with the number of ranks [50/50/60/60/70]. Magnetized enemies are rooted in place for [3] seconds when hit by shocking orb.
R [Hyper Electric Beacon] | Cooldown [180/150/120] | Cost [110] You become a beacon of energy for [6] seconds. During this time you are unable to move or attack, but all allies within the area are given [10/15/20] stacks of supercharge per second and friendly turrets fire at [2x] their normal speed.
Note | I completely reworked the design to make it work better, so the picture isn't entirely accurate when it comes to his abilities. Mostly his ultimate which was once a self buff, but is now a channel.
