Allow all Skins and Champions to be used in Custom Games regardless of whether you own them or not

Just a thought.

Allow all skins and champions to be available in Custom games (but only custom games). So you can try out Aatrox or Shyvana before spending your hard-earned Influence points on them and finding out you suck at bruiser-type junglers. Or so you can preview skins before buying them or just stare at the Rusty Blitzcrank skin and wish you could get it for your main.

Ever bought a skin to find out it looks no good and you probably should have spent your RP on the other one?

Or in the case where you didn't buy a skin becuase the splash art really turned you off. The splash for Steel Legion Garen really doesn't do the actual ingame thing justice (heh, heh). http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Garen_6.jpg http://i.imgur.com/9Ma9bRt.jpg?noredirect ######And to think, the second one doesn't even have particles because it's on a model-viewer yet it's still so cool!

Also, this would help with the creative community of League of Legends. This video (which I swear upon my rank isn't a rickroll) would have probably been easier to make had they been allowed to use whatever skins they please in custom games. Okay, so you guys are a business and this might deny you a few bucks, but one good turn begats another, right? Also, more videos like these equal free advertising. And no matter how much you want to get the Human Ryze skin, you're never going to get it for that spoof League video where Ryze turns blue because he gets attacked by a fed Nami unless they allow its usage in custom games.

The skins still remain their worth because you still have to buy them or get them in Hextech Crafting if you want to use them in PvP or Co-op vs. AI matches, so Riot Game's not really losing money.

I'm fairly sure this is a feature that will be saved for sandbox mode, not custom games.

I can understand the point behind this, but this would have to be solo custom games to avoid the run around Riot wouldn't want. And since skin spotlights exist, it's a lot of extra work to accomplish something a youtube channel already does for them.
