[Champion Concept] Coagulot, the Milk Monster.
Introduction
Coagulot is a melee-based, attack damage tank that excels in team fights by casting large area-of-effect based spells. Coagulot uses only the power of homogenization to put down massive amounts of crowd-control, while peeling the enemies for his team. Although he transcends in every lane he plays in, he shines within the jungle due to his early mobility and sustain against the jungle minions.
Lore
The glacial wasteland of Lokfar, the place where you had to fight for all resources, had a scrimmage that would be placed among any contenders for the last pot of soup. Coagulot, a small boy with a large dream, stared from the arctic mountain tops to see the soup sitting in the middle of a ring. This ring was comprised of every individual still alive in Lokfar, passing glances at each-other, waiting for an appropriate time to strike. Whomever became the victor was able to eat, but only after he had bathed in the warm blood of his enemies. Coagulot watched, his stomach growling from not having eating in weeks. His lips twitched and his tummy faltered as he rushed down the mountainside, clumsily, to steal the pot of soup and run away.
His little wool boots pressed into the soft snow around him, his arms trying to grab onto non-existent ledges in the air as he tumbled down the cliff. As he appeared to be getting closer to the delicious medley, his so-called comrades looked at him from their gathering. Coagulot finally hit the bottom of the mountain, rushing over quickly to grab the soup and run to his hut for dinner. His fingers snatched the stew, his energy nearly depleted as he was just moments away from his home. His eyes trailed behind, the people of Lokfar chased him, the hatred in the bones making them faster.
He continued to look behind, making sure no one was close enough to push him down and steal his soup. He neglected to look forward, however, as a small fox scampered into his path. Coagulot tripped with the soup flying high into the air, spilling all over the cold, frigid ground. He skid through his fall, his bones breaking as his body gained enough momentum to throw him into the dairy farm. His face broke the side of the dairy hut, the wood breaking and leaking milk all over his body. All he could do was lay there, the milk freezing over his skin and subsequently melting into his bones - leaving him deceased. He lay there for years until his heart began to pump again, but this time it was not blood, it was milk.
"I literally only drink milk because I have to, the smell of it makes me hurl."

Abilities
Passive: Two Percentage. Coagulot's abilities take an extra two percent of mana to cast, but if the ability hits, he is then permanently granted the percentage as health.
Q: Pasteurize (Passive) A tempest of frozen milk pours from his veins, granting him increased movement speed when running near enemies. If he follows an enemy while Pasteurize is active, he spills the milk on the ground behind him, leaving a tapering slow to all it hits. Milk dissolves into the ground when Coagulot is 500 units away or if it's lapped up by cats.

Q: Pasteurize (Active) If Coagulot activates this ability, all the milk from the ground that has not yet disappeared is shot back into his veins. Anyone standing on the milk gets dragged into him and is dealt a .5/.7/1 second stun and is dealt physical damage to the amount of milk refunded into his body from the ground. (Each droplet of milk roughly translates to four physical damage with a maximum of 500 damage dealt.)
W: Half-and-Half Coagulot churns his body's milk into curdled formula as he hits champions or monsters (stacking one time for every attack, for a maximum stack of three), making him dense enough to topple over his enemies with force. When activated at max stacks, he is able to mercilessly charge at his enemies, dealing an amount of physical damage to the first enemy hit and applying a .5/.6/.7 stun. If Coagulot hits an enemy with other enemies near, he deals a percentage of all damage in splash damage, applying a tapering slow to all splash damaged enemies.
E: Calfiene Coagulot can drink the stacks gained from Half-and-Half for a small amount of health regeneration and movement speed. If Coagulot is damaged during his drinking animation, he spits it all back up, dealing a slow to all enemies in the area. If Coagulot activates his Pasteurize on his spit-out milk, it will pull the enemies in and deal the same amount of physical damage that he was damaged with before he spit the milk out. (Maximum of 50/100/250/1000 damage)
R: Calcium Overdose Coagulot channels the milky beast within himself, gaining his mana as health and reflecting the damage done to him as physical damage. The damage reflected also deals splash damage depending on the first enemy hit and applies a tapering slow for .5/1/2 seconds to all damaged enemies. The first enemy hit is taunted for one second.
