Kato - The Sadistic Servant (Champion kit/Lore)

I wanted to just throw out this quick concept for a support I thought would be pretty fun, simple (but outplay allowing to provide a really strong kit), and unique addition to league. I'd actually be really happy if you had any additions to who Kato should be or who could become! Unfortunately, I am a terrible artist, so I don't have any visuals. Any are welcome. Hope this seems cool to you too. :)
Kato - The Sadistic Servant
Champion Kit
Passive - Agonies Taste: Kato builds sadism. Once sadism is full Kato boosts the nearest ally’s movement speed towards enemies, prioritizing the ally with the most AD or AP. Sadism builds from damage dealt near Kato.
Q - Dream Catcher: Kato throws a barbed wire. If an enemy is hit, a secondary cast can be used to stake the wire to either an enemy or terrain. If an enemy is staked, the enemy is snared, then drops the stake to pin where they were standing. Applies Barb. (Medium skill shot, secondary small skill shot)
W - Lingering Torment: Passive - Auto attacks apply Barbs.
E - Ravaging Embrace: Rips Barbs to slow and bleed. Each Barb increases slow amount to a cap. (Short range cone)
R - The Motivating Whip: Kato lashes his barbed chain. If an ally is struck, then they receive a burst of movement speed and auto attacks apply Barb. If an enemy is struck the enemy is slowed, grounded, and deals reduced damage. Only the initially stricken champion can be affected. If Kato successfully lands R, then it may be casted again with reduced effect, until Kato misses. (Longer thin range skill shot)
Champion Lore
Avoiding death means avoiding attention and gaining favor. However, Kato still has an agenda, as all Noxians do. Power and domination still appealing to Kato, he places himself in a place where he can mold the minds of power to do his bidding without the threat of infamousy. Being a servant, Kato can seem the tool of his “masters” when it is, in fact, Kato who is blazing the trail to power and dominance. But to be powerful is not enough; He must see the submission in his subjects’ eyes. The balance of slow agony and feverish desire to rule causes Kato to leave long lasting sorrow as he sways Noxus’ generals to his next conquest.
Champion Story
“One more word and I will cut your tongue out, make you swab up the blood and drool, drain it into a chalice, and have you toast to your own silence,” Kato whispered. Trembling, Forstal clenched his jaw and pleaded silently with his eyes. But what is that in his eyes? Forstal couldn’t help but blink tight as sweat from his brow stung his fearful eyes. A moment later his eyes were opened with cold steel prongs and Katos’ eyes boring into his mind. My gods the crazed lust! His eyes… They burn white-hot to hear my cry. To see me crumble and wither. “Don’t. You. Blink.” growled Kato.
Forstals throat scratched from his dry gulps of desperate hope for water. The only liquid to touch his lips was tears, sweat, and blood._ I can’t stop him. This will only cause greater pleasure for him. I am only torturing myself. I can’t do this anymore_. Wearily, Forstal bows his head and whispers, “The women and children fled to Demacia. We, the men, stayed to buy them time.” Forstal began to cry. Through his sobs he finished. “Please. Take my life. I can’t bear knowing I have put you on the trail to my wife and daughter.”
With a toothy grin, Kato straightened himself and sighed. Now, Kato amused,_ I can claim my reward_.
Kato parted the flaps to the generals’ tent, wiping his bone scissors clean. The crude instrument severed limbs by first crushing the joint connecting the two bones, then locks so that the exposed limb can be torn off. Kato relieved Forstal of his smallest toes, imagining him trying to escape with the knee lockers, causing his legs to not bend, then constantly losing balance and falling on his palms, which Kato attached reversed needle gauntlets: A gauntlet that forces the victim’s hands to remain open with crudely shaped spikes in the interior of the gauntlet. Oh, how his tears will water the lands of Noxus. Every time he gets up, he will feel the sharp pain in his palms steal to his heart in knowing he has killed his family, and dozens more.
“Did he talk?” demanded General Garrett, the general of the war party. “After much work, general, I finally made the villager tell me where the women and children are heading,” Kato reported. “They are on their way to Demacia to warn of our efforts. They will call for aid for their husbands. I suggest, general, that we leave a wake of decimation in our path for them to follow as we head north and arc back quickly. They will be so de-moralized from the sight of their land reduced to burning horizons that a flank will cause an almost guaranteed victory.” Grunting, Garrett dismissed Kato. Obediently, Kato made the servants gesture of salute and respect as he backed out of the tent.
Slowly relishing in the thoughts of Forstal, Kato walked back to his tent to dwell on the pleasure of the nights spoils and dream of the eyes filled with fear that lay in his future.
