Where did 5v5 Ranked Teams go?

My friends and I decided to make a 5v5 ranked team, and we set it up with the whole team. But as soon as we tried to play a game there was no option to play. We were hoping to get an understanding of either HOW to play 5v5 ranked, or if we are not able to, get an explanation as to why and why the option to create the teams is still there. No anger, just want clarification on the situation. Thanks!
