Canis has mastered magic completely over his eternal life. He was blessed, or cursed to live forever when he was young. His age is unknown but has seen almost everything.

Passive: Magic Mastery: Canis' summoner spell's have an increase in power: Clarity: The increase in Mana is 45% instead of 40% for you, but still 40% for allies. Garrison: Increases effect duration for 2 seconds. Ghost: Movement Speed is 34% instead of 27%. (Distortion will increase it to 40%) Heal: The Movement Speed is increased to 40% for 2 seconds and the heal is 100-355 for you, and remains the same for allies. Mark: Increased range and travel speed. Barrier: Increased shield strength to 125-465 for 2 seconds. Exhaust: Speed reductions increase to 40%, resistances to 15, and damage dealt to 40% for 2.5 seconds. Cleanse: The incoming disables decrease increases to 70%. Teleport: Channel time changes to 2.75 seconds, and the cooldown is decreased by 10 seconds for all circumstances. Clairvoyance: Increased radius. Flash: Increased range. Ignite: Slows the target by 10% for the duration. Smite: Deals 25% of the damage dealt over time to all monsters except Baron Nashor.

Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds Mana Cost: 90/85/80/75/70 mana

Q: Mind Blast: Canis fires a line of magic, dealing 100/140/180/210/250 (+0.80 AP) to the first enemy hit, and deals 60% of the damage to all enemies in a cone behind them. Fearing all enemies hit by Mind Blast for 1.25 seconds.

Cooldown: 20 seconds Mana Cost: 100/140/180/220/260 mana

W: Innate Magic: Passive: Increases AP by 5/10/15/20/25%. Active: Doubles the passive portion of Innate Magic for 5 seconds. For the next 5 seconds, all enemies hit by Mind Blast are slowed by 20% for 1 second, and Arcane Missiles' damage reduction cap is 25%

Cooldown: 0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 seconds Mana Cost: 90 mana each Charge Time: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

E: Arcane Missiles: Canis targets an enemy unit, firing a missiles at them, dealing 90/100/110/120/130 (1.00 AP). When an enemy champion is hit, a mark is applied, causing subsequent missiles to deal 25% less damage, up to 75%. Canis can hold up to 2/3/4/5/6 missiles at once.

R: Equilibrium: Passive: Canis' regenerates 2/2.5/3% of his maximum mana as health. Active Toggle: Canis drains 50/100/150 health per second, and increases his mana by 100/200/300 each second. Canis cannot activate this ability if the % of his current health is lower or equal to his % of his current mana. If these circumstances are meant, the ability will cancel.
