The Gem Knight

Here is a champion that is built from mainly old or scrapped abilities. I really liked the concept of Tarics before the rework, both the concept of the Gem Knight and his Shatter. The Gem Knight Concept is something I really liked and would love to see brought back. A fully armored knight with a shield (maybe a kite shield even) and mace(or other non sword weapon.) I liked that with Shatter you had the choice, should I be tanky or should I make the enemy easier to kill. If you bring that ability back it doesn't have to be passively gain resistance and reduce the enemies resistances. It could be passive shield or something defensively and something other like CC.

This is how I would imagine the Gem Knights Kit.

Passive: something fitting for a melee tank/semi support.

Q Vorpal Blade, something single target or heal, Vorpal Blade is both

W Shatter

E some mobility ability or hard CC. Righteous Gust could also work.

R Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser, I think it would work well.

Cast E then R, then u finally switch you can cast W and Q the enemy you ulted.

Abilities inspired by.

Techmaturgical Repair Bots: P Heimedinger grants nearby allied champions and his  turrets 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 health regeneration, persisting for 5 seconds after they move out of range or his death.

Heavenly Wave: Q Active: Karma sends forth a wave of hidden blades from her fans, dealing magic damage to all enemies in a cone in front of her. Mantra: Heavenly Wave also heals Karma and her allies in the cone.

Imbue: Q Active: Taric heals the target ally, healing himself for the same amount Taric heals by an additional 40% when targeting himself

Shatter: W Aura: Taric and nearby allied champions gain 12% of his armor as bonus armor. Passive: Taric gains bonus armor while Shatter is off cooldown. Active: Taric shatters his gemstones, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies as well as reducing their armor for 4 seconds

Vorpal Blade: Q Active: Shen throws a blade at the target enemy, dealing them magic damage and marking them for 5 seconds. Shen and allied champions are healed over 3 seconds upon damaging a marked enemy, with the duration refreshing with subsequent damage. If Vorpal Blade kills its target, Shen instantly benefits from a second's worth of healing.

Righteous Gust: E Active: Galio unleashes a gust of wind in the target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and leaving behind a directional draft for 5 seconds. Allies who step on the draft gain bonus movement speed if they travel in the target direction.

Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser: R Active: Urgot grants himself damage reduction for 5 seconds and channels for 1 second, suppressing the target enemy champion for the duration. Upon completing the channel, Urgot and his target blink to each other's locations, allowing Urgot to ignore unit collision for 1 second, slowing the target by 40% for 3 seconds and causing nearby enemies to flee for 1.5 seconds excluding his target.

One of the skills needs to be a point and click stun.

small range point and click stun with a long cooldown and reduced damage the further it travels

I would love that, I think a Dash or speed boost would work better though. Giving that small amount of movility needed to not rely on flash for the kit to work.

It was a joke on Taric and Sion's old kit. They each had a skill that was a point and click stun that also did decent damage. Could be quite annoying to lane against.

I still maintain Tarics E wasnt op it was slow low damage and needed his passive heavily to use it any good number of times. but taric himself had bad defenses so they could justify augementing them with his w.

I never said it was OP, just something that could be annoying to lane against. This is for both Taric and Sion. The other player clicks on you and HAHA YOURE STUNNED!

I didnt say that you said it was op that was general consensuses from before he was reworked. Sions was was pretty fast and hard scaling with ap That was arguably toxic to the game but new sion doesnt resemble old sion at all. Tarics was slow low damage at max range with max range being small anyway he stunned a tank his stun is down and your team can engage he stunned a carry how they are all hideing behind tanks. In lane its low damage and he loses the trade if he uses it at max range. HAHAHA YOU'RE STUNNED! cant be much worse than. HAHAHA 60% OF YOUR HP IS GONE IN 1 AUTO ATTACK! OR. HAHAHA 70% OF YOUR HP IS GONE IN BASIC SPELL COMBO! on fighters the supposed to be second tankiest class in the game behind pure tanks. But its nearly the same on carries except carries have mobility sheild and healing at range.
