I have experienced a bug where wont trigger which for some reason the effect don't stand here, but it's that each basic attack for 5 seconds will deal flat amount of true damage, and s ult wont trigger it!? why is this? I mean it stand in ult description that he rapidly do X amount of auto attacks which should trigger on hit effects.

Not a big deal, i mean its just like a 500-700 true damage that disappear...

idk if you're trolling or not but this was removed a long time ago due to it being overpowered

item 3715 hasn't had flat true damage on hit for a very long time. It was removed shortly after the item's release because it was deemed too strong. It now deals true damage over a few seconds for each basic attack, and every basic attack only refreshes the effect.
