Tattoo design.

Ok so I've been wanting a tattoo of this for awhile now but no one has been able to capture the design I wanted. I want Varus Swifbolts' bow shooting a bolt down my forearm to wear it looks like the skin is peeling away and under it a Aurelion Sol galaxy concept. If anyone can recommend me an artist or draw it up I would appreciate it. And I'm willing to pay for the services.
