Party accepting games?

I don't about you, but I've had multiple times where I've been in a pre-made and have had to hold off on queue because a party member has had to go do something. I think it it would be cool to have something where you can give permission to a party member to accept a queue for you. Now I know there are some complication with that like if you aren't back in time you'll just be kicked for failing to select a champion. But, I'm willing to bet more times than not you'll be back in time for that, plus the order in with you pick champions is deciding on the order you join the pre-made so if the person that would have to leave for some reason could just join second and that keeps him out of banning plus puts him second to choose. If there are multiple people that need to leave you could have to where the whole group could give permission to one teammate and it would just be on them to be back in time. I don't if this has been discussed or not, I thought I'd just toss this out there and see what people think.
