Tattoo idea

So I've been wanting a tattoo done for awhile but I can't find anyone that can grab the concept I want. I want Varus Swiftblots' bow shooting a bolt down my forearm to look like its peeling my skin back and under the skin is an Aurelion Sol style galaxy. If anyone could recommend me and artist or draw it up I would appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for the services. The link is of the galaxy style design I'm sorta thinking of.
