Karogar, The Savior in the Shadows

Passive: Heroic Criminal:

Heroic: When an allied champion is killed by an enemy champion Karogar gains true sight of the enemy champion and gains 10+1-18 armor pen (per enemy champion level) for 40+1-18 seconds (per enemy champion level).

Criminal: Karogar gets 10% more gold from kills but 10% less gold from assists. Karogar also loses 5% of his total ad for every nearby allied champion but 10% critical damage per nearby enemy champion (2000 range).

Q1: Dimensional Slash: Karogar slashes in a strait line away from himself in a target direction leaving a white line which remains for 5 seconds following and allowing Karogar to activate his extra abilities. The White Line disappears if Karogar goes too far away (2000 range).

White Line Width: 10 units White Line Length: 350 units White Line Disappear range: 2000 units White Line duration: 5 seconds Q1 Cooldown: 10 seconds from when the White Line is used (separate cooldown from Q2) Mana cost: 20

Q2: Quick Strike: After a flash of light showing his path (.4 seconds), Karogar blinks to the end of the White Line stunning himself for .1 seconds but dealing 50/65/80/95/110 + 60% ad ratio physical damage to every unit between his original position and the blinked location (can critically strike). This also consumes the White Line. Quick Strike's cooldown is decreased by 1 second for every unit killed by Quick Strike or fully reset on champion kills.

W1: Knives from above: Karogar spins around throwing several knives into the air which continue upward for 1.5 seconds, before showing their landing zone for .5 seconds, and then landing in a sphere formation dealing 80/100/120/140/160 + 60% ad ratio initial physical damage and then 10/15/20/25/30 + 20% ad ratio physical damage per second to enemy units standing on the blades .25 seconds after they land. The size of the sphere increases as Karogar levels this ability and the blades remain for 5 seconds.

W2: 2nd Dimensional Slash: If Karogar has a White Line and Blades on the ground as well Karogar can activate this ability to slash in a strait line away from the center of the Blades currently on the floor 500 units or less away from the White Line. Using 2nd Dimensional Slash extends the duration of the White Line created by Q1 by another 5 seconds so that both White Lines disappear at the same time. Quick Slash's hitbox is extended to connect with the 2nd White Line, Karogar blinks instead to the end of the 2nd White Line, and Quick Slash deals double it's original damage (100/130/160/190/220 + 120% ad ratio).

E: Nightmare Cloak: Karogar's next basic attack deals 12/24/36/48/60 + 25% ad ratio + 25% ap ratio + 2.5/3.75/5/6.25/7.5% enemy missing health ratio bonus magic damage and blinds the target hit for .25/.375/.5/.625/.75 seconds. The magic damage and blind can both critically strike which doubles the blind duration. Karogar has 5 seconds to attack an enemy before Nightmare cloak goes on cooldown. Killing an enemy unit refunds the mana and cooldown of Nightmare cloak.

Damage: 12/24/36/48/60 + 25% ad ratio + 25% ap ratio + 2.5/3.75/5/6.25/7.5% enemy missing health ratio bonus magic damage (can critically strike) Blind Duration: .25/.375/.5/.625/.75 seconds (can critically strike [doubles duration]) Duration: 5 seconds Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds Mana cost: 20

R: 3rd Dimensional Slash: Karogar slashes in a strait line away from the edge of the 2nd White Line created by W2. Using 3rd dimensional strike extends the duration of both his W2 line and his Q1 line by another 5 seconds so that all 3 white lines disapear at the same time. Quick Slash's hitbox is extended to connect with the 3rd White Line, Karogar blinks instead to the end of the 3rd White Line, and Quick Slash deals quadruple it's original damage (200/320/440 + 220% ad ratio).

So this is probably really hard for most people to comprehend but basically he builds this area up over a few seconds using a combo of abilities then that area becomes a hitbox and Karogar teleports.

He has massive damage but it is not only hard to manipulate so that it even hits the enemy, but it is very situational.

There is enough here to reward skill, enough delay so it isn't broken in competitive play, and enough mobility/damage for him to face other meta champions.

I am however not perfect (far from it), so any suggestions or tips are appreciated
