Drakon, The Cloud Dignitary

Lv 1 Health: 535 (+84.5) Health Regen: 5.42 (+.55) Mana: 372 (+31.17) Mana Regen: 8.02 (+.59) Attack Damage: 56 (+2.64) Attack Speed: .625 (+68%) Armor: 21 (+3.7) Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 275 (+4.8) Range: 600

Lv 18 Health: 1972 Health Regen: 14.8 Mana: 902 Mana Regen: 18.2 Attack Damage: 101 Attack Speed: 1.05 Armor: 84 Magic Resist: 30 Movement Speed: 366 Range: 600

Passive: Fogbow: Basic attacks create a whirlwind around the unit hit and a mist inside for 4/6.25/8.5/10 seconds. Any targets that touch this whirlwind also gain a whirlwind around them which combines with the original to create a larger whirlwind refreshing the duration of the whirlwind in the process. Drakon is able to refresh the lifespan of a whirlwind by basic attacking a target inside the whirlwind. Additionally Drakon gains 4.8 movement speed per level.

Mystery mist: Drakon gains 3/5/7/9+2.5/5/7.5/10% movement speed while moving toward whirlwinds and 5/10/15/20% movement speed, attack speed, and critical damage while inside whirlwinds.

Fogbow passive range: 3000 units away from a whirlwind Whirlwind size: 250 units * 1.5 per additional whirlwind (* 1.25 after 5 whirlwinds [size maxes out at 1100/1350/1600/2100 units])

Q: Confluence/Blocking High: Active: Drakon gains 1 stack of confluence immediately which can be added even if Drakon is at 7 stacks or higher already stacking up to 20 times and removes all slows currently inflicting him.

Passive: Drakon gains a stack of confluence upon taking damage from an enemy champion stacking up to 7 times until Drakon has been out of combat for 5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10 seconds. Every time Drakon damages an enemy champion they gain the Blocking high debuff until they are out of combat for 5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10 seconds. After Blocking high has fallen off an enemy champion they cannot gain more stacks of Blocking high for 25 seconds. Confluence/Blocking High's cooldown is reduced by .5/1/2/3/4 seconds every time Drakon is damaged by an enemy champion.

Confluence: 1/2/3/4/5% bonus movement speed per stack Blocking High: Champion is incapable of gaining or lowering their movement speed. Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds (reduced by .5/1/2/3/4 seconds every time Drakon is damaged by an enemy champion) Mana cost: 50

W: Cloudburst: Drakon summons rain directly over himself and inside every created whirlwind for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds dealing 10 + 1-18 (depending on enemy champion level) magic damage per second to enemies while gaining a shield for himself which shields 35 + 70% ad ratio damage as well as healing himself by 10 + 1/2/3/4/5% missing health per second for the duration. Drakon instantly benefits from his whirlwind passive while inside the rain cloud.

Damage: 10 + 1-18 (depending on enemy champion level) + 20% ap ratio magic damage per second Heal: 10 + 1/2/3/4/5% missing health + 5% ap ratio per second Shield: 35 + 70% ad ratio Rain cloud duration: 2/3/4/5/6 seconds Cooldown: 14 seconds Mana cost: 20/30/40/50/60

E: Downdraft: Drakon blinks a short distance before knocking back all enemy units close to his new location.

Blink distance: 200 units Knock back distance: 300/350/400/450/500 units Cooldown: 22 seconds Mana cost: 80

R: Extended Outlook: Drakon channels for 1 second and warns all enemy champions that they are doomed. For the next 10 seconds Drakon is able to extend his basic attack to attack the interior of any visible whirlwind in an aoe fashion globally dealing 70/75/80% ad ratio damage to every target struck. However these global basic attacks do not create new whirlwinds or extend the duration of current whirlwinds.

Passive: Created whirlwind last for twice as long.

Damage: 70/75/80% ad ratio aoe physical damage Duration: 10 seconds Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds Mana cost: 100 Channel duration: 1 second Interrupts movement: true

Drakon and Abryssal are the two leaders of a cloud city and are lovers. Even though the two were not alike at all as children they eventually came together and made the clouds a place of peace and prosperity. When Strength and intelligence come together anything can be achieved.

So... area-of-effect, passive MS/AS/Crit boosting, self-shielding, self-healing, flash, knockback, AND globals? On an ADC? This guy is more overloaded than Chernobyl.

This is a rather blunt criticism of the kit, if you want to take anything out of it you can.

There is so much going on in the kit I can't keep up. The passive grants him an incredibly long duration effect debuff aswell as a hefty haste buff when moving towards them, running from him is basically impossible from here and if a melee reaches auto range you gain MS in general so you can actually run away, then attack speed and critical strike damage That's insane, people make jokes about Yasuo's critting with two items, but if you get 100% crit chance with three attack speed items you'll have max attack speed and crit like Jhin when you have an IE.

Q has an in build speed boost, okay. You're getting even even more mobility when fighting people, now with passive and this Q, you're actually going to be as kiteable as Kalista with the ability to cancel auto animations. It even can be cast to DROP slows when you already have so much mobility. Confluence is broken, like actually broken. Who needs to slow them when you can have anyone on your team to stun or root, Zyra and Brand come to mind and they're mage supports, let alone the melees with displacements all over their kits. 60% of the champions never will get to auto range and this debuff lasts Ten whole seconds until they get out of range max rank.

W negates damage twice and heals at the same time, You need to pick either keeping yourself alive with that heal and shield and drop the damage, or drop the heal/shield because not only is it hard to stay on you, but the damage they would deal to you would just be restored back/shielded. Not only that you just gave him all the free steroids of his passive, the mana cost doesn't exist and the duration becomes disturbingly long for the cooldown. Though if there is anything, the W damage basically doesn't exist.

You really don't need this, the defensive capabilites from P Q and W easily make up for never casting this, but you will because it's a blink and a knockback.

R, yeah, not sure about this one. I swear you're telling me you want the auto range to be that high you're sniping way better than Jhin or Caitlyn ever could.

Summed up. He/she has too much to offer, high kiteability, incredibly powerful late game (Maybe mid game, take fervor get BF first into double AS Crit) they offer strong safety from range, having higher than most ADC's, as well as more mobility than those adcs. Even though it lacks ability damage it's made up for with the crit multiplier.
