A some new champion Passive: MUMMY

tshu101··1 votes·717 views

Passive: Mummy: when the attacker attacks him OR he attacks an enemy champion, that champion's passive is deactivated for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds. (Increased at level 1 / 8 / 16) If the attacker attacked the champion with MUMMY, then the passive deactivation will start after the attack. (I.e. if Annie has stacks and just attacked that tank, then she will still get stun to him and lose her passive.)

For Example:

  1. Yasuo's shield will not be recharged nor be available after he attacks that champion.
  2. Annie's passive won't stack nor she can stun enemy when she have full stack.
  3. Kalista cannot use her passive under mummy, but her basic attack ratio is returned normal and so is her attack speed.
  4. Jhin can shoot normally like other adc's like sivir, but he loses a bunch of ad's from his attack speed and crit chances.
  5. Yay! NO BRAUM PASSIVE!

I am thinking that Any Champion holding a passive Mummy should be definitely a tank.

What do you think? Do U think it is too OP? Do you think it is plain stupid? If you think it is stupid, then please tell me your reason.

Why Necessarily?

Because that is a carbon copy of this more or less: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mummy_(Ability)

But can't two games have similar ideas? Just like how overwatch heavily borrowed some concepts of team fortress 2?

Borrowed yes, copied to the tee with changes to make it fit in with the rest of the passives...yeah no.

Well, then we can just change its name. Then the problems might be solved.

But isn't the idea still good?

Honestly no, they would be the ultimate counter to some champions Yasou, Annie, Aatrox, champions that need their passives to function would be shit.

But I don't think it is too bad, considering that this champion itself does not have any passive other than mummy. Also, every champion tends to have a counter, which I think is fair. Lastly, if you really think that Mummy passive is too op, then we can make that champion's stats quite low.
