Mane is meant to be a supportive champion focused not on damage, but on huge utility for buffing his own team while debuffing the opposing team as much as possible.

LORE- Mane aka William Tobin is, well was, a respected researcher in the city of Piltover, he studied under the tutelage of the greatest minds Piltover had to offer. He researched with Jayce in analyzing his crystals, with Caitlyn learning how she calculated with such accuracy her shots, and also with Ziggs learning the power of hexplosives. Even though William learned as much as he could, his true passion lied in the alchemical sciences. His most notable alchemical breakthroughs occurred when he dropped his newest potion out of a window, only to land on a couple on the streets below turning them both to pure gold. This was his most notable... not his most happy of breakthroughs, after the deaths of the two innocent bystanders, a court ruled that he was to have limited access to any and all alchemical materials for a duration of 10 years. During this time of restriction William met Zilean piltover science convention, immediately wanting to know more of Zillian technology William asked to become his apprentice. Accepting, Zilean had but one condition, that William would have to become a test subject for any future tests Zillian needed. Agreeing to the term William spent the remainder of his 10 years of restriction as a sort of lab rat for Zilean, although no serious harm came to William in those years, a very serious side effect started happening. Through those years of Chronotech testing, William had developed a very serious case of chronic amnesia. Only able to recall things from short term memory, or what he had written down, he began losing track of everything from his past potions, to even Zileans name. Zilean became accustomed to being addressed as "Who are you" or "Old Guy". Though not all was lost sensing a loss of memory overtaking him through these tests he wrote down his most precious Alchemical potions in order to keep the knowledge of them. Unfortunately he forgot to write down what they did, so once the 10 year restriction was lifted, which he didn't remember why it was there in the first place, he tried the multitude of different concoctions... Most horridly was the recreated poison from the tips of Twitches bolts, one vial of the stuff stunk up the lab for weeks. Zilean eventually relieved William from duty after a couple of Williams potions fell on the carpet and turned it to pure stone. William eventually began looking for work filling out applications, he always looked at the word name:_______ , not able to remember it he simply mixed up the m and the n and became Mane, taking a job as a low level ore miner, all his newfound, and quickly forgotten, friends called him Mane. After he left his testing job for Zilean, he was able to remember small things, but nothing of his past besides his notebook of potions. Occasionally he would have FLASHES of inspiration from his once knowledgeable self, but it would quickly fade back into his ever deep void of forgetting. One day during his usual job of menial digging, he was approached and asked if he would like to join the league of legends in order to fight on behalf of Piltover. After a bit of consideration, Mane decided it couldn't be worse than digging a hole all day, and thus Mane came into the league.

Now that that's over time for abilities.

-Passive- Alchemical combinations. if an enemy champion is covered in multiple potions, it will produce different effects yellow and red- Enemies: causes a slowing effect Allies: increases movespeed yellow and blue- Enemies: causes a poisoning effect Allies: heals red and blue- Enemies: roots for X seconds Allies: removes slowing effects only red yellow and blue- Enemies: reduces damage by X% Allies: increases damage by X% with successive combinations they will be half as effective to 1/3rd effective to 1/4 effective until 3 seconds has passed without a combination achieved.

-Q- yellow cask - Mane throws a yellow cask of who knows what which splatters on the ground staying there for 2.5 seconds. -if an ally is standing in it, they gain 3 extra gold per last hit, if an enemy is standing in it they will gain 4 less gold per minion (could scale I don't know what's best)

-W- red cask - Mane throws out a red cask which stays on the ground for 2.5 seconds -if an ally stands in the red cask they gain increased attack damage much like a Janna shield, but stationary. If an enemy stands in it, it will cause them to deal less damage.

-E- blue cask- Mane throws a blue cask which stays on the ground for 2.5 seconds - an ally standing in the blue splotch on the ground will have increased mana and hp regen, whilest an enemy standing in it will have their healing halved if they are standing in it.

-R- GENIUS BREAKTHROUGH- Mane has a huge breakthrough in his research creating a potion which increases his cooldown reduction to 60/70/80 percent for 8 seconds.(static cdr at 40% wont give you 100% cdr rank 1 when used) -Passive- with each level his cask radii will grow larger.
