Passive - Light rapid bow: Every 12 seconds, Karrack will fire up to 2 additional arrows to enemy champions within 500 units of the basic-attacked target

Q – Arrow maelstrom: Karrack throws his shield as a boomerang to a target location up to 1100 units away. Any enemies hit by the shield will be knocked aside, take ((90/120/150/180/210) + (85% Bonus AD)) as magic damage, and apply a debuff for the next 5 seconds. While attacking debuffed champions, Karrack will constantly prock his passive

This is your bread and butter ability, being the primary source of AOE damage, and tool for achieving more than even poke in lane.

** W - Stay with me** Passive: Grants (5/10/15/20/25)% Attack speed and heals for (0/20/40/60/80) + (15% bonus AD) every third basic attack

This ability allows Karrack to have some of his much needed sustain in lane, allowing him to be a utility pusher.

Active: Karrack throws a chain at a target ally. This chain will act as a visible link between him and his ally for the next 5 seconds. The first 2 enemy champions that come in contact with the chain will break the chain, and pull themselves towards each other.
This link will also break if either Karrack's targeted ally, or the first champion affected by the chain are further then 1500 units from Karrack.

This ability is either a powerful tool for incredible synergy with the rest of Karrack's kit, or a useless ability, depending on how successfully the player executes it, and the trust between him and his support

E - Split line Arrow Karrack splits an arrow into 3 shots. These shots will seek out the nearest units (focuses champions) and will slow for 25% for the next 3 seconds. These shots each deal (100/150/200/250/300) + (50% AD) as Magic damage, but will deal 50% less damage for each shot hitting the same champion.

This ability synergies with Q and W, allowing Karrack to get in position to prock his W, and insure he'll make the most out of his Q debuff and passive.

R - Become sentient Karrack selects a target area, for the next 15 seconds, Karrack will gain (100/150/200) range (from 550), and his shield will become sentient, detaching itself from karracks body, and permanently placing itself at a fixed 500 units away from Karrack and pointing towards that target area, regardless of where Karrack moves during this duration.

This shield will absorb damage from all thrown abilities, and will have (1000/1500/2000) health. If the shield's health drops to 0, it will break prematurely, but the range increase will still be active. After the shield breaks, it will begin to regenerate health at (10/20/30) per second. This ability has no cool down, and be cast when the shield is at 50% health (shield health will take place of the mana bar)

If Karrack casts his Q, Arrow Maelstrom during the shield's life, it will pause, and come right back to do its job after the cast is finished.

This abillity fulfills Karrack's primary need; Saftey He needs safety from his shield to not get picked off by mages. He needs safety from his shield to get in range for activating his W, Stay with me. He needs safety from his extra range to be able to discourage melee assassins from diving on him as easily.

It also helps to be able to 1v1 other marksmen, as Karrack doesn't have much bonus AD, or hard CC, and his W and Q active are far less useful in a 1v1.

So, you want this guy to have 100 more attack range than CaitlynCaitlyn and have a BraumBraum shield that he can constantly reposition while it is up?

His ultimate should have at least a 15 second cooldown to match its duration. I also think that the shield should be fixed at the middle distance of the targeted area and Karrack. I also think the shield's health and health regeneration should scale with something besides ability level. I do not know what, but I love to build champions. The more things that scale, the more fun I have fun with that champion.

DravenDraven's Q, Stand Aside, has a 1050 cast range. Maybe nerf Karrack's Q cast range?

I think I want to know Karrack's story too.
