No confirm navigation?

So i was creating a post on the "champion/skin concepts" forum. I went to play some music on grooveshark, and came back trying to delete some highlighted text. I highlighted it incorrectly, and google chrome thought that was a request to back out of the page :'(.

This happened to be twice now. Once when I was making the previous post, and another time when I was making this one xD.

Just a little thing, but it would go such a long way for there to be a warning of backing out of the page.

P.S an option to keep out posts privately on our accounts well we edit them over time would be appreciated.

IDK if i can save the file on my P.C somehow, like in an HTML file, but that would also work.
