Can't buy anything!
This past weekend I have been unable to buy anything. The store stays on a black screen, and the summoner profile champion tab just shows "???" for rp/ip

Try reloading the store over and over, it works for me. Go to store, it stays black, click home then store again, it may say session has expired but then will actually load. The same goes for the categories once you are in the store. Click one, stays black, click a different, it loads, click the one you actually want again it may load. Same for purchases. Look at your ip/rp before you try to purchase something. If it works great, if it cliches then you can start over but make sure you werent charged for something you didn't receive. It took 2 tries for me to buy a rune page.
This is the same for me. Can not even remember what the store screen looks like anymore, it is always just black. But on the other hand i have saved up over 20000 ip now : D
I have been having issues with this myself for quite awhile now. however i think i may know what the issue is. If this is correct or not depends on if you've got some sort of sight blocker installed on your network, as i think league may have been labeled a gambling site due to the whole Riot points purchasing. so maybe that has something to do it. or who knows maybe we are all just stuck without a store
