Ok I was looking through the Evelynn Rework Dev and I saw this concept for her (the one with multiple arms that looks creepy af) . It’s INCREDIBLE. THIS NEEDS TO BE IN GAME. I think either as a champion or as a legendary SYNDRA Skin. I would be shook.
