Abhora, Mother of The Shadow Isles

Ok so I was thinking about it and we don’t really have any scary/horror type female champions atm. I thought it would be so cool to have this champion who is straight out of a horror movie. So here is what I came up with. Sadly I can’t draw so this is just going to be you’re rainbow and big hand movements IMAGINATION.

Abhora, Mother of The Shadow Isles. Abhora is a scrawny woman like creature with a shifting face and she has multiple skinny shadowy branch like arms coming out of her back. Abhora travels with the mist in search of children who have been lost or abandoned. When she finds a child that intrigues her she will appear to them in a softer version. Her face will shift to maybe someone from their memory or to a friendly woman’s face. She offers the children a home and she promises to take care of them and to love them.If the child refuses she vanishes but they are always left with the image of her true face. If the child says yes a bond is created and she consumes the child’s soul and the spirit of the child follows her. She holds items of the children in her arms as a memory of who they once were. Once she returns to the isles she watches over the children and takes care of them as if they were her own. She longs for the day she can return to the mist to collect the young lost souls of Bilgewater.

I also thought it would be cool if she had a taunt for Mrs. Fortune like “Oh Sarah, I remember seeing you when you were just a girl” “haunting laugh” or “ not many children refuse me. Do you still remember my true face” “haunting laugh” “of course you do, they never forget.”

Abilities:

P: Shifting Face: Abhora has 3 different faces she can shift to throughout the game. Each face grants her different bonuses (haven’t quite thought of what yet)

Q: Claws from the dead Abhora claws at her victim applying on Hit effects. For each additional arm abhora has the damage is increased. If abora has a full set of arms this will also slow the target.

Passive: for every unique take down A soul is captured and Abhora grows an arm from her back.

W: Haunting Grasp Abhora extends her arms grasping for an target if abhora finds an enemy champion that target gets pulled in towards her.

E: Come to Mother Abora calls for her children. A child spirit is summoned and comes running towards her. If the child runs into an enemy champion the child yells out mommy and the spirit vanishes fearing the enemy champion towards Abhora. If the child makes it back to abhora she is granted an x amount of movement speed.

R: Mothers Wrath Abora reverts to her true form and and starts screeching and the souls of the children start weeping. The souls of the children start to roam in an area around her. If an enemy champion comes in contact with a child the children will start to swarm that champion blocking their movement (think like minions making it hard to move)

Welp that’s it from me. I love horror movies so I thought it would be cools if we got one based off of that. Was kinda inspired by Coraline and some others but let me know what you guys think. This is my first concept I’m posting so go easy on me.

I absolutely LOVE horror movies, and especially Asian horror movies, which have a lot more story to them and often feature scary women... So... I love this. I'd LOVE a character like this. I wish League took a page out of Smite's book and added more scary characters.

I think this is underappreciated, like dude- This is AWESOME. Thinking of poor animators and visual problems (think Illaoi's initial release) maybe instead growing out arms to increase the damage of her Q, maybe it could use a 'soul' system similar to Swain's ult? Also, I'm digging the idea for her W to be a play-maker pull, but maybe to add that element of horror to it, instead of it being an instant pull- it would slowly pull them towards you in a sort of tangle of arms that they could escape if team mates help destroy the tangles? (Thinking of a stronger Yorick flesh wall) Casting that scary ass ult before slowly pulling someone towards you? That's not something to tilt someone, that'll keep them awake for days.

All in all though, one heck of an idea- Have a vote [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
