Champ select bugged??

Can barely scroll or do anything. I’ve accidentally banned my own champ twice or haven’t been able to ban because the client freezes. I will also be in game and out of nowhere I’ll freeze. My internet is fine and my computers a monster it shouldn’t have any issues. I feel like league has really been getting hit hard by bugs lately.
