Morgana mini rework
Passive: (something to do with armies attacking )
When morgana cc's a target nearby allies and herself gain (based on level) movement speed towards them. This has a cooldown of x seconds per target (spell vamp removed)
Q - Same as live
W - Added effect of grounding targets inside (cool down lowering by passive can be removed to compensate)
E - Same as live
R - The duration of the chains scales down with level (chains last for 3, 2.5, 2 seconds before stunning targets)
Reasons for changes
Overall Morgana's main nieche is keeping enemies in place for her allies to kill. She is under the catcher class overall. This will hinder her mid lane ability to boost her as a fully functional support (similar to lulu, can technically solo lane but purely support)
Passive Her current passive can be op if taken advantage of but also is useless depending on the build. It gives hidden sustain against poke. Giving something more interactive with visual power is a lot more impactful W Her current w is just for wave clear as a mid and a source of damage. Making it more impact as a support player and adding to her theme as a catcher champion. It has its niche but isn't the strongest form of crown control in the game. It will also boost her peeling ability by a bit but not too much. R Early game her ultimate is pretty strong. In late game teamfights she spends the whole time ulting near the enermy team and setting up her ultimate. Also league has become a much more fast paced game and standing there with chains for 3 seconds is excessive. She should spend less time ulting tare more time helping out her team. Also making her cc a slight bit more reliable.
