Zileans bombs are too hard to land
The travel so slowly and are easy to dodge. For a shord ranged skillshot being so hard to land i think it makes him Under Powered.

I would suggest just practicing more zileans. I've played zil a lot here lately and i'm not having this problem. I actually all most all ways land my bombs. As far as the under powered statement goes people probably aren't going to buy that considering he has the highest win rate in the mid lane right now of any mid laner. All though he still isn't popular so he does have a super low pick rate.
Bullshit. If anything, they are easier to land than ever before after the rework
