Gate which champs peeps can play in ranked.

So I go on op.gg and check my team. I am support and see my adc is a varus main. So I suggest in chat that he play varus. He says he is Varus main and doesnt feel like playing him today. So he chooses Ezreal. Gets less than half of the farm of Jhin. Obviously doesnt know the basic mechanics of his champ. Seriously WTF. Could RIOT please introduce a gate on which champs peeps can choose? Instead of Level 30, say M5 on at least 3 champs that are "qualified" as being for each position. No choosing champs you are not qualified for. M5 requirement. Dont make people put up with a troll on their team who picks champs they dont even know. That is what norms are for. Not ranked. Please. -.-

Idk, it's not a bad idea. People will say M5 is easy to get to but that's not the point, it means they have to put in around 30-60 games of that champ.

Idk about mastery 5, but definitely something like at least 3 games on a champ. Some people pick up a champ faster, and some take a lot of games, but definitely they shouldn't be first timing a champ in a ranked game.
