Banned? Create a new account. Total BS

RIOT please - set something up like DOTA2 where your account has to be hooked up to Steam... or have a Credit Card attached to the account. Make it so that there is an actual pain associated with a ban. 6 games straight in ranked play I end up with people who are flat trolling, deliberately feeding if they see at 5 minutes that they aren't going to be able to solo-carry, rage quit after initiating surrender votes, etc. It is so easy to create a new account and then these trolls outnumber real players at the entry level to the game and in low level ranked play. I suspect part of why you are not getting as many new players is because of this. If you create a system that forces people to link a phone number/credit card/steam account/etc and that person gets banned, it becomes MUCH harder for them to ruin the experience for other people. If someone wants to go through the trouble of getting a new phone number and credit card number just to troll, well, there is enough hassle involved that they are only going to be able to do it so often.

I even see one guy in post game chat saying the following things:

OTHER PLAYER: This Riven honeslty thinks shes not gonna be banned

TROLL RIVEN: i have never been TROLL RIVEN: ever

OTHER PLAYER: i wish i can see the look on your face

TROLL RIVEN: in my 4 yrs of playing

OTHER PLAYER: when reality hits you hard
