Champion Concept #15 (Ralph the Christmas Elf)

Link for #17 Lore- A mysterious book appeared on Nochio's porch. It called out to Nochio urging Nochio to pick it up. Nochio read through this book and got a sudden urge to make puppets.

Role- Mage and Fighter/ Marksman and Marksman

Passive- Puppet Nochio carries around a puppet that has all of your stats but your mana is equal to its health and your health is equal to its mana If Nochio's Puppet dies then Nochio will build a new one after 16 seconds. If Nochio dies than you die. If Puppet gets to far away from Nochio then it will return back to Nochio.

Q- Strings Start game with this already unlocked. Allows you to switch camera and control between Nochio and the Puppet. Upgrading this increases the distance the Puppet can be from Nochio.

W- Ghastly Dart Nochio or the Puppet (depending on which one you are controlling) fires a ghastly dart. Dart damages enemies over time. Dart takes away mana over time. Dart adds 1 second cooldown to enemy abilities on cooldown.

E- Shush/ Machine Gun If controlling Nochio, then a dart fires that silences enemy champion over time. If controlling Puppet, then Puppets nose grows into a machine gun that drastically increases attack speed for a period of time.

R- Puppet Unbound Strings on the Puppet get cut allowing your Puppet to go however far away from Nochio it needs to be. Puppet gains additional health regen, mana regen, and movement speed while unbound. While active Q is disabled (you can only control puppet). Lasts until Puppet dies. If Puppet dies then Nochio will instantly build a new one.

Stop posting.

The fact that you're numbering your champions and leaving them so miserably bare-boned and undeveloped shows you're not interested in meaningfully participating in the community. You're not waiting or asking for feedback or even replying to your old threads. You've demonstrated zero effort to improve yourself.

I'll even deconstruct this one for everyone else's benefit:

That's not a lore. Making puppets does not put you in the same league as even mundanes like Graves or Darius, let alone magical adepts such as Lux, Morgana, and Swain. I don't even know why it's here.

The passive is almost interesting. Almost. Having a spare pre-rework Yorick ult is...something, alright. Main issues being this doesn't actually contribute any immediately usable power, and that there's no real win case for the opponent - if they kill the puppet, it comes back at a relatively fast time, while if they don't, you revive for 16 seconds. No one gets to have fun here.

The Q is garbage. You wasted an entire ability just to control your puppet. Not even remotely worth it.

The W is garbage. Teemo does this as a passive. Besides being a blatant copy, it doesn't even have any compelling gameplay behind it - just point and click. I can't even tell if it's a skillshot or a targeted ability, but that doesn't matter, it's still a boring DoT.

The E wouldn't be garbage normally, but is garbage when the rest of your kit is garbage, providing not nearly enough damage or utility on either end to make up for the waste of abilities.

The ult is garbage on several levels. First, it makes your Q a complete and total waste while it's on. Second, it's an impossibly safe harass tool - you can move your disposable pet off to wherever you'd like to attack whoever you'd like, and the real champion isn't even harmed. Third, it has no counterplay - killing the puppet doesn't do anything since the puppet respawns instantly. Theoretically, you could just kill Nochio - but you're a moron if you put yourself in a position to die while using this ult, so that's not a real option.

There's no real lane interaction here. You have a couple of skillshots and a weird-ass, half-assed "pet" you can't even control at the same time as yourself. There's no options to duel, no options to escape, and no real way to contribute. This carries over even harder into the teamfight phase, where a complete lack of crowd control means you're totally reliant on damage. Which you don't have, since you wasted two abilities on just controlling the pet that comprises your passive, leaving your W and E. The champion's more or less a total waste of space - your best case scenario is stupid lane poke by proxy since it's safe and doesn't directly put you in danger, but that falls off fast.

Stop spamming up the board with your paper-thin "concepts" and put some work into them.
