Hextech Rerolls Seriously Need Some Tweaking
Seriously though, shouldn't 1350-1820 skin shards when rerolling guaranteing at least a tier less skin? It's so stupid to have an ultimate skin shard let's say and (crazy enough) reroll it into a Riot Tristana permanent. It's stupid! Here are some suggestions on how I think the system should work:

1 1350RP + 2 Junks = 33% of getting a 1350RP skin permanent.| 2 1350RP skin shards + 1 junk = 66% of getting a 1350 skin permanent.| 3 1350RP skin shards 100% of getting a 1350RP skin permanent

1 1350RP + 1820RP skin shards = 50% 1350RP Skin, 50% 1820RP Skin | 2 1350RP + 1 1820 = 70% of getting 1820 Skin, 30% 1350RP Skin | 2 1820 +1 1350RP = 90% 1820Rp, 10% 1350RP| 3 1820RP = 100% 1820 RP skin

1 3250RP 70% chance of getting another Ultimate, 25% on getting a 1820RP Skin, 5% 1350RP
Disclosure: Hextech are free stuff, I'm not complaining here, but getting anything worth out of them is SO fcking hard.
