You know I expected much more rewards from surviving 15 minutes of unbeatable broken champions and yasuo with the cherry addition of satan than 20 IP for losing and no mastery rewards. I mean It is the teemoing after all.

They're AI. You don't get mastery for playing against AI, nor a lot of IP for that matter.
And there are at least 2 free icons for this event line. The one from beating Doom Bots and the one from the little game on the site.
TheDelighted2 votesIt is also RGM with every other RGM having a mastery point reward. Even poroking gave mastery rewards on Aram even though Aram wasn't suitable for a mastery points back then. Plus they are not just AI, it really takes effort to win Doom bots, mindlessly attacking them won't win the game like in normal AI matches. These icons weren't there when I uploaded the post.
