I would personally like the name of this Skin to be changed because Executioner doesn't seem right on this skin so I personally would suggest to get the idea from the community to name this skin :D! ( I only titled it Executioner Vi because the artist named it that way lol )

How is that an executioner? The art is good, but seriously though, what part of her corset or tights is supposed to be linked to the executioner part? Goth Vi is more what this is.

Why was this never made into a skin? I have a feeling that Riot has some kind of clause now that no longer permits the usage of fan art.

Riot rarely posts on threads that showcase new skins. I think part of the reason is, they are jealous they are not as artistic and creative as the fan base. It kind of makes sense, if your job was the art/skin development team you wouldn't want other people doing your job for you.

Outcast Shen, Ultimate Predator Rengar, Bloodmoon Yasuo, etc.

If they once cared, they don't now.

BTW, this is a nice skin theme.
