How 'bout we now get a drawing/painting-based champion ala Sai from Naruto. He'll be able to draw these crazy-looking monsters and bring them to life, build some kind of constraints on an enemy, maybe even being able to draw some wings for some allies to move faster. He'll basically be League's take the Green Lantern. They could even give him a hextech skin that would color-code his spells green

Yea I like this idea .. but not quite how you imagine him/her.
If you read the old lore of Fiddlesticks he is an extra-planar summoning. This is a forbidden magic that I assume brings all kinds of chaos and I like that. I also like it to be as complex as other artificial constructs of LoL's champions. This could highlight the use of Runes more .. since this world is called Runeterra. Fiddlesticks lore could be updated with this character you propose!
Extra-planar must be like conjuring something out of nothing from the conjurer's imagination or application (drawing). There must be a medium to which those manifestations are created! (Paint Brush / Wand). In Fiddlestick's case, he was made to participate in League of Legends but this will be changed sooner or later. In a new and updated lore, this character isolated in a barn may have accidentally discovered his magic and accidentally made Fiddlesticks at the same time?
