What are the thoughts on Lulu as the Wicked Witch of the West? With green skin, a broom as her staff, and pix as a flying monkey. Sorry I don't have artwork, not an artist.

She could have quotes regarding Fiddlesticks, Rengar, Blitzcrank as the scarecrow, cowardly lion, and tin man. And maybe Annie as Dorothy.

Lulu does need a more evil "Witch" like skin but for Halloween or something. i dont think they would rip off The Wizard Of Oz but i would enjoy and it would make a really cool skin pack for lulu and all the other characters you mentioned.
