Jake, the Satyr Bard Ionia. Primary: Jungler Secondary: Support

Appearance: He is a gruff and rough satyr. A true creature of the forest who plays tunes upon his stringed instrument. (Although there are times while I build this champion that I think he may be better as a little Yordle satyr.)

  • Range: 150..............................150
  • Health: 582.36(+86).................2044.36
  • Health Regen: 7.92 (+0.8).....21.52
  • Mana: 340.6 (+45).....................1105.6
  • Mana Regen: 9 (+0.4).......15.8
  • Attack Dmg: 58.44 (+3.35)........115.39
  • Attack Speed: 0.674 (+3.4%)......1.064
  • Movement Speed: 335...............335
  • Armor: 23.54 (+3.5)................83.04
  • Magic Resist: 30 (+0).................30

Passive: The larger the audience, the stronger he becomes. Increased stats and range per level per entity. (+0.1% AP & 0.01% range per entity per level (+0.5% AP & 0.05% range per Champion per level)) 7.2% AP at lvl 6 with 12 entities. Hidden Passive: Harmony: He and other allied musical champions gain 3% bonus to stats while in range of one another. Discord/Out of tune: He and other enemy musical champions lose 3% stats.

A: Smashes instrument across enemy and kicks them with hoof.

Q: Range: 880 Cost: 60 Cooldown: 8 Provokes first target to follow and attack secondary target (directed Taunt), non-reciprocated. Champions attack for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds, entities until their target is out of range for a short period, until their death or successful kill. Provoked targets gain bonus movement and attack speed while pursuing target.

W: Range: 950 Cost: 85 Cooldown: 12 An energy field builds around him for 0.5 seconds before a blast of sound waves washes across the audience, causing damage 100/150/200/250/300 (+80% AP) and stunning for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds.

  • [Unrevised version: A blast of sound waves washes across the audience, causing damage 100/150/200/250/300 (+80% AP) and suppression for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds.]

E: Range: 720 Cost: 100 Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 Charms surrounding enemy minions and small monsters, causing them to follow and defend champion for 8/10/12/14/16 seconds. Champion absorbs 8/11/14/17/20% (+lifesteal/spellvamp) damage dealt by minions to non-structures. Kills and gold made by minions while under charm is gained by Jake. If champion dies, charm is broken and minions return to normal.

  • [Unrevised version: Charms surrounding enemy minions and small monsters, slowly stealing their health (2.05/3.1/4.15/5.2/6.25% per second) and causing them to follow and defend Champion for 8/10/12/14/16 sec. Excess health drained is stored as shield. If champion dies, charm is broken and minions return to normal.]

R: Range: 660 Cost: 160 Cooldown: 130/110/70 He levitates and plays a powerful tune for 2/4/6 seconds. All allies and himself are shielded (blocking 250 / 550 / 850 (+150% AP) damage) while in the radius and inspired, granting them +30/50/70% bonus to AS, AD, and AP. Leaving radius causes rapid decay of bonus over 1/2/3 seconds, as the remaining energy of shields decay, it is redistributed to the remaining allies, then back to Jake, before exploding, releasing 50% of the remaining energy as damage to surrounding units. His movement speed is reduced 15% while he focuses on the tune.

  • [Unrevised version: He levitates and plays a powerful tune for 3/6/9 seconds. All allies and charmed minions are given a 30/50/70% bonus to all stats while in the radius. Leaving radius, or entities that lose their charm, causes rapid decay of bonus over 1/2/3 seconds. He also summons a shield that block 250 / 550 / 850 (+150% AP) damage while playing and movement speed is reduced 65/50/15% while he focuses on the tune. Enemies in range experience opposite effects.]

Possibly useful items: Banner of Command,

Lore: Little is known of this forest creature, and little is said. He appeared one day, angered and distraught by the expansion and wanton destruction of the environment by many of the other city states. As they grew larger and wars waged, much of the lands became unstable, other lands became crowded cities. For that reason, he has chosen Ionia as his home; a city dedicated to harmony with its environment and peace amongst others. He hopes that by fighting with them for peace, the other city states may be subdued, and his home in the wilds will be safe for him and others like him.

Possible skin variations: Hillbilly – straw hat, overalls with 1 strap undone, corncob pipe, and banjo Grunge – flannel, torn jeans, acoustic guitar Rocker – axe guitar, leather, chains/spikes Minstrel – lute/mandolin, puffy clothes, tunic Classical – violin/cello, tux, monocle

Ok, it's a cool idea, but your numbers need a lot of work. Your scaling is way off - .5 seconds of taunt is pointless and 2.5 seconds is absurdly long. For reference, Rammus' taunt scales from 1.25 to 2.25 seconds, and he has to target from melee range. 300 + 80%AP damage on an AoE ability that also suppresses and isn't an ultimate?? Being able to permanently charm all enemy minions to fight for him?? 6.25% health over 16 seconds is 100% of their health! And it all either heals him to full HP or becomes a shield??? And his ultimate gives him 850 +150%AP shield, AND buffs every ally and minion near him?? A 30-70% bonus on ALL STATS?! So, 70% increased health, AD, AP, Armor, MR, attack range, movespeed... and lowering the enemies' by the same amount?? Sorry to sound rude, but you're showing a clear lack of understanding of how to design a balanced champion. Conceptually, it's cool, but you could remove half of his power and he'd still be broken.

Bard is already a bard, even with his own magical flute, so what would the point be in adding another? Also so far with his hidden passive; aren't there only two other musical champions? Bard and Sona are the only two off the top of my head, so that's another 120 champions that makes the passive worthless for.
