Riot Jarvan IV skin idea
so we need one more riot skin and since riot tristana doen't seem to be related with cops and stuff, wwould be really good idea if jarvan had it. why?
he's ultimate is a jail, the rest you can imagine XD

Well, Jarvan IV has a military-style skin (Commando Jarvan IV), Riot Girl Tristana isn't related to the Riot skin line and it's more of a "fan" kind of skin, and there's already five Riot skins. Riot Kayle, Riot Singed, Riot K-9 Nasus, Riot Blitzcrank, and Riot Graves. So, a Riot Jarvan IV skin would kind of be redundant in two forms.
