Shadow Walk PASSIVE: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her a flat movement speed bonus for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 4 times.

Hate Spike Q: Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby enemy, dealing magic damage to all enemy units in its path. **Does increased damage when strikes one enemy. pasive: evelynns killing units or assists restores 35 mana and 26 health (doubles on champion kills or assists) **

Dark Frenzy W: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her, **and **For 1.5 seconds, Evelynn attempts to enter stealth, which may be delayed by up to 6 seconds if she takes damage before she goes invisible, While stealthed, Evelynn regenerates 2% of her missing mana every second and gains increased movement speed for 3 seconds and ignores unit collision (STEALTH DURATION: 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 like twitch). Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown. (Enemies are made aware that Evelynn's is nearby if she is 700 range away.)

Ravage E: Evelynn slashes a target twice, dealing magic damage and applying on-hit effects with each strike. Evelynn then **gains bonus fisical damage on her basic attacks **and gains attack speed for 3 seconds. **Neutral monsters are also stuned for 1.5 seconds. **

Agony's Embrace R: Evelynn impales all enemy units in target 250-radius area, those enemies are marked dealing magic damage equal to a percentage of their current health for 2.5 sec and slowing their movement speed for 2 seconds and Evelynn siphons their pain, gaining a shield that grows in strength for each enemy champion hit and lasts up to 6 seconds empowering evelynn's abilities. ** - running into marked enemies increases her movement speed.** ** - atacking marked enemies with basic attacks and Hate spike (Q) deal 2 / 4 / 6% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of target's missing health.** ** - ravage now performs a short dash stuning them for 1 sec**

Make her ult maximum health and lower the damage down to 20% max rank Current health leaves it as a piss poor ability. Turn ravage into magic type. Normalize her q's ratios.

Simple and easy .

so this is like a mix of season 1 eve (pre stun removal) and post rework season 2/3 eve.

you know...

I don't like the passive idea. and no the Q. E needs to do magic damage again if she's ever going to become playable... honestly I still get 70%+ winrate with current eve but thats because im good at eve. I know how god awful she can be if the enemy plays even remotely intelligent against an eve.

One major thing a ossible evelynn rework should fix is her identity gameplay wise. Sure she has a good early game but in the mid game where teamfights happen what is she?

Should she be someone that is good at catching people out? your stun would help that but aoe does little to help her do that. Should she be an assassin? This is fine but almost all her abilities are aoe and unless her e leaves a mark which increases her damage then she is either going to be op with aoe damage that can assassinate or not be able to assassinate at all. Should she be a bruiser? Ok this is fine too but she runs into the same problems as the assassin version. Her spammable q however makes more sense now.

the mechanics of your Q suggestion wouldn't work. A skill that travels, Will never know if it only hits 1 champion, until after it finishes traveling.

Either the Q would need to be a targeted skill, to where it stops upon hitting the target, and if it doesn't hit anything along the way, it deals increased damage or It will need to be a non-traveling auto targeting skill. that does its damage to all targets in the range of it at the same time, and can detect if it will only hit the auto marked target or not to deal increased damage. (think lux ult, or Xerath Q only auto targeting like eve's Q currently)

To retain its identity as a auto target traveling skill, but have a i damage mechanic similar to the suggestion, It'll need to do reduced damage to all subsequent units hit along the way. (so that if it only Hits 1 target, it takes 100% of the damage, vs a lowered amount (like EZ ult, or Varus/Sivir/Cait Q).

There are still a lot of things I don't like.

  1. Her ultimate still literally can't kill anything. Is she an assassin or a mage or a tank or a fighter? If she's a mage she needs cc, if she's a fighter she needs combat utility, if she's a tank she needs a shield. But if she's an assassin, her ultimate needs to secure kills. Your R here does all 4. It can't be balanced properly if it does all 4. It'll always be lukewarm at everything.

  2. Stunning Monsters with her E just means she either doubles up on the krugs buff or doesn't need it. Not sure if that's good or bad.

  3. If enemies reveal her in stealth just by being near her, she still has the stupidest form of stealth ever. She's an assassin, but if she sneaks up on you, you can see her? despite the fact that she has no leap style gap closer? really? The only time you can't see her is if you are literally blind or closing your eyes or graves put a smoke cloud over you or she's hiding in a bush? IF ONLY OTHER CHAMPIONS COULD DO THAT, WITHOUT STEALTH.

  4. There still isn't even a single spell, passive, or other part of her mechanical kit that references her BDSM style.

W conflicts on kit. She would need stealth to engage but that means removing her ability to peel slows unless she gets a kill. That change alone will prevent her viability. If you intend it to be a risk for assassin Evelynn it then conflicts other things.

I like the idea overall but I also think the ultimate is broken as hell. It would need to be single target.

How about this?

Passive: Pain Vamp Evelynnn gets +10% spell vamp on all skills, if evelynn is healed to full the skill will overheal granting a bloody shield. The shield dissipates if out of combat for 25 sec

Q: Hate Spike works like current one

W: Dark Frenzy cd 20 cost 100 Passive: Same Active: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her, gains 10% Movement Speed, and Stealth for 10 seconds. Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown. Casting spells, taking damage or dealing damage reveals Evelynn.

E: Ravage with a better icon.... but works the same

R: Agony's Embrace Cd 120 / 90 / 60 Cost 100 Range 650 Evelynn impales all enemies in the targeted area, dealing 15/20/25 (+5% Ability Power)% of their current Health in magic damage and slowing their Movement Speed by 30/50/70% for 2 seconds. Evelynn siphons their pain, boosting her spell vamp to 70% for this skill.

I don't think she needs a rework, I just think she needs to get adjusted to whatever role they want her in.

She doesn't lane at all, and she can't really jungle at all. And while naturally rework is the first thing everyone would think she, she just needs tweaking.
