Hero poppy (arcade style skin)

We got Final boss Veigar how about Hero poppy to finish off the arcade set with a top lane champ.

1. poppy has 1 of the biggest senses of justice of all champs
2. she has a shield thats needed to be a hero in most classic hero games.
3. she doesn't have a sword to hack enemies to bits. she has a hammer to smash them with justice with her Q
4. her W has her rushing toward evil. taking on all the damage and getting stronger as she goes like a hero in a RPG.
5. she has her E to thrust her self into the fight to make sure others live.
6. and she has her ult to fight and tank on the final boss even when his minions attack she takes all the damage they dish out and claims victory.
7. and she isn't a fan of Veigar
