Final Boss Urgot

I sometimes play Urgot every once in a while just because I can and I started to think, "wait a minute, what if there was a Final Boss Urgot?" Veigar is the only champion with an arcade skin with the prefix of "Final Boss." I can actually see that being a thing. Just look at him.

Then I decided to look it up because I was curious, and all I found anything close to this was:

Just imagine his Qs shooting bullet bills, and then his shield would be similar to the project animations, only when you block some damage, a pixel bounces off of it. Then I began to wonder "when did Urgot last receive a skin?" The last one was obviously Battle Cast but holy mother of all things unholy.

What other champion hasn't received a skin since then? The only champion I can think of is Yorick, but he was recently reworked so all the models on his skins have been changed.
