https://i.ibb.co/P5P7pqt/Lore.png On the step towards the concealed forest, young Delphine distinguished her home. Wrapped by the towering trees and prowled between the bushes, she would consume hours meditating in nature, attempting to understand the divine magic they radiate, asking for a sign from the green spirits.

One irregular morning, she stumbled upon an entity who introduced himself as the green father. He acknowledged her request for help and offered to introduce a new practice: The art of green magic. By asking for plants to offer their energy, Delphine is capable of creating the finest healing teas and assist those who truly lack the ability to function by giving them a dose of nature's enigmatic truth. Her herbs needs her as much as she needs her herbs.

Once the Demacian soldiers stumbled upon her secluded hideout, Delphine promptly neglected all of her belongings behind and fled to an unknown realm where she's nothing more than a gypsy planning to bloom a new life on her journey to uncover the truth.

Delphine has a special inventory space where she can equip up to 3 consumables.

Ultimate: Sacred Space_ [Available on Level 1]_

Delphine invests in 25g to place a farm plot, which will stay until destroyed or has it's purpose complete. By clicking on the farm, she will have the option to grow 3 herbs, each producing a unique consumable:

Thyme Ale: Increases movement speed and tenacity for 20 seconds.

Ginger Tea: Heal for 5/12/15% missing health over 5 seconds.

Wrath Wine: Auto attacks and damaging spells reduces healing effects by 20%.

All consumables take 40/25/15 seconds to create. [Max 3 farms] Dalphine can offer her consumables to a nearby ally by dragging it to them when in range. only one consumable can be used per 5 seconds, and no more than 1 can be in effect at the same time.

Q: Blessed Space Delphine burns incence, gaining 5% bonus movement speed and leaving a trail behind her for 5 seconds. Enemies in the trail are given true sight, and allies are granted bonus armor and magic resist, increased per enemy in the trail.

W: Flowering Faith Cast 1: Delphine sends out a wave of roots, damaging and slowing enemies in AoE. Cast 2: Reflects the thorns into a form of blooming flowers, granting herself or an ally a shield based on % of the damage dealt.

E: Underestimated Priestess Passive: Dedicating her potions, Delphine can cast special effects on enemies. By clicking on the consumable of choice then an area of choice, she can hurl them into a selected spot and damage all nearby enemies.

Thyme Ale: Hurls it onto the ground, slowing all nearby enemies. After a short delay, a plant then emerges from the selected spot, acting as a terrain for 4 seconds.

Ginger Tea: Burns all nearby enemies for 5 seconds

Wrath Wine: Nearsights all enemies in the selected zone.

I can see the extra items feeling clunky. I mean, that IS 3 more keys a player has to keep track of. Of course, I don't usually play support, but when I do, the number of active items is pretty intense for me. it's just a thought, but I'm sure it's probably fine, but she might be too mechanically investing for me to try out.

As for her E, I don't like the idea of clicking the potions. It might be good to make it an active ability where you hit the ability and the press the button for the consumable. That way there is no lag time with the potion and dragging it onto the fight. That way, experienced players can put specific potions on specific slots so they now what they need to press to get a desired effect without clicking and dragging.

I like the idea of it tho, where she grows the plants herself, and thanks to her special connection with the earth, is able to defend herself with the potions she creates. It's a cool idea thematically.

Couple things:

  • You probably meant to say "Enemies in the trail are revealed, not given true sight. True sight is the ability to see stealthed units...you don't want the enemies to see your poor shaco...right? :P

  • Can enemies destroy your farms by trampling them, like they can with Zyra passive and bard shrines? I know you're investing gold into these farms, but there should probably be some form of enemy counterplay if you get pushed off your farmlands. By far the neatest idea to toy with is the thought of them being able to steal your harvest and loot one of these consumables for themselves if they "trample" a fully grown crop.

Other than that, this is one of the cleanest concepts on these boards. Good stuff.

Really great concept!

Questions:

  1. Does the three extra inventory work with potions? or just her passive teas and stuff.
  2. Em... what happened to her r?
  3. For her w, "sends a wave of roots," is it in a cone? or more like zyra's straight line
  4. For her e, can you expand on it? the description is a bit confusing...

Suggestions: (I'm going to assume she is support...)

As a support, you need at least two of the following

  1. Damage
  2. Tankiness.
  3. hard CC(or if you can soft cc chain, fine).
  4. Heal/shield.

Delphine, however, only has healing and shielding (slow is a soft cc), and it is safe to assume she has little to no damage since her only damaging spell is her w, but it can't have too much damage since it is a cc spell. Her e also should be simplier, as having complicated spells is frustrating for both your allies and enemies (ex. ivern's passive).

I checked your other posts, I think your concepts are getting better and better!! Keep up the good work

Hello fellow concept creator.

I am unaware of the exact workings of her ultimate but it would feel kind of trippy gameplay wise. You see, her passive is linked? Or boy I am not sure but it’s just that consumables rarely ever make it past the 20 minutes mark and become kind of useless it has some niche buffs like Wrath.

Secondly, Flowering Faith feels REALLY out of place for me, it takes me away from this Tea Mage and returns it yo something lesser, I like the Tea concept so I’d get rid of the W completely.

Thirdly, 5% is SUPER weak and barely noticeable. I advise you to put a scaling per rank on it. Somewhere from 20-45%. It will make it more exciting late game while keeping it’s balance!
