Monster Tamer Jungler?

Now that Riot changed the potential of junglers with Ivern and the capabilities of Yorick's ghouls, maybe we can have a champion that takes control of the camps and brings them to gank?

I've been experimenting with the idea for a while, but never quite figured out how I could make sense of killing the camp and still getting to control the camp. Ivern's passive is similar to something I had in mind. Somehow executing the camp in an instant. This opens up the rest of the kit to other possibilities. I couldn't quite think of something that'd make sense to make it fair, but maybe the tamer can duel the camp for dominance, dealing small amounts of damage to camps and get some amount of hits off before actually taking the camp. It's not exactly like Ivern, but opening up the possibilities of not having to kill the camp helped develop the idea a little more. I think Smite would interact more or less the same. You can smite your own creature to get the buffs and steal it before the enemy team can get gold and stuff. Then we have Yorick and his ghouls who do not need to be controlled like Daisy or Tibbers. Maybe one of the kit's abilities marks a target and the jungle monsters attacked that.

Thematically, I think the rest of the kit would be about control. Maybe some fears for minions and maybe even monsters combined with a slow for champions. Something that keeps foes from dashing/in range like a slight pull. Something else. Maybe a controllable monster for the ult. It's a little overdone at this point, but it'd also make sense.

For the character, I was thinking they're a part of an evil travelling circus. Maybe not the best time to have an evil circus with all of the clown stuff, but there don't be clowns. Anyway, this person's the ringmaster, main event, and the person that takes care of business like murder. Then the circus goes on to perform somewhere else in Valoran.

Edit: I thought of another idea for this champion. The champion's title could be "The Shadow Tamer" and they kill camps, but raise their shadows as pets.

Also, this is just something I thought about for the kit. Some kind of kiting dash type thing that goes in either a full or semi circle around a target.
