[Gameplay] Different Icons Appear when Taking Towers

There is this really weird bug that appears sometimes where different icons will appear if a tower is destroyed. Like it'll be a different ally that's no where near the tower or even an enemy that destroyed the tower. I remember one instance the "Enemy Turret Destroyed" thing appeared, but it was an opposing Illaoi. I've had this bug a few times and it's a little confusing. I think it might happen more often when Kled is in a game. I'm not sure.

Okay it's not just games with Kled. It's various games. Enemies taking their own towers when they're no where near and I have no idea what does this.
